They didn't have slushie lids for the cups not even small slushie lids were in stock had to use other lids for my frozen coke.

Sign on the door says closed inside, short-staffed, USE DROP BOX for in store purchases. Well it's been 7 minutes, and NO ONE is here!! I rang the buzzer on the speaker, etc. So why don't u just put a closed sign on the door. Even if there maybe is someone there, but they might be in the bathroom? But I've been to too many 24 hour stores that are closed when I get there to sit around and wait for nothing.
Anyhow, what weighs my rating is more so an experience I had inside the store yesterday (during the day, probably your first shift workers). While waiting in line, an older woman was ringing a girl up. While it took her forever to pick out the black & milds the girl wanted because this lady did not know her right from left, she kept stopping what she was doing to yell at workers in the kitchen area. She kept yelling for someone named CJ, and saying "u don't need to be over there, there are too many people over there." She spent so much time with all the shouting, like a good 4 minutes, leaving the customer just standing there. The whole transaction probably took 8 minutes for this girl to check-out (at the least, the girl was at the checkout when i walked in, so i can't say how much time was spent before i walked in). I'm surprised that customer didn't say anything to the lady.
But this woman needs to be concerned about the customers she is supposed to be helping. Even during her micromanaging moment, a second cashier came over and helped me (which is what stopped me from speaking up on behalf of the other customer). There wasn't a line behind me either. So it's not like she was trying to get this CJ person to help out, which still would have been a ridiculous moment as she was literally just standing there yelling for several minutes. It was just unnecessary and rude. She should have waited til she was done helping her customer, and walked over to CJ to micromanage them personally, since she was clearly unable to ring anything up at the same time. Makes sense, like I said she didn't even know her right from left.
Not sure how this lady became management. I would guess she's only a shift lead. She did not have a name tag on, so idk. But she definitely doesn't have any management skills, that's for sure. I can imagine this woman having other moments in front of customers. Not only is it just plain rude to the view of customers, it's embarrassing for racetrac to have someone like her representing your brand. I'm over watching poor management ruin good stores and mistreating customers & employees, so there is my 2 cents.

It shows this is a 24 hours store yet I get there at 2:00am and the doors are locked. 7/12/2024 was the date I got there and an employee saw me and shook his head. You need to change what you display for store hours unless you want a law suite. It pisses people off who go here for a pit stop and you’re not open when you advertise it’s open 24 hours!

Staff is in their own little world, not focused on customer service as for instance, standing at a counter, waiting to check out, have all my stuff on the counter, but they stand behind the other one that I am not at, and then I have to move all of my stuff over to the register then they pull all their stuff towards them and scan it and put in the bag And hand it to me I have to get them myself it’s the small things that separate businesses from everyone else this place needs a lot of coaching on customer service always loud and laughing but care less about their customers sad

Going here specifically for E85. They have this fuel at every pump, so no need to search for the few pumps that have E85 like at other places. Place is clean, spacious and well lit at night.

I stopped in early morning on my way to Florida. I was happy with their super clean restrooms. The staff was very nice and helpful with their state of the art coffee machines. The entire facility was very clean.

The employees in this gas station are an example to follow, really nice people, the cashier, a tall white guy smiling and looking professional and ready to help. Unfortunately we can see that in every place but on here we do! Thank you for your hard work, for your smiling and professionalism!
