I’ve discovered that RaceTrac offers the best in-store promotions and sales of any on-the-go convenience store. While their fuel prices can sometimes be higher than competitors, the fair pricing inside makes it worthwhile in the end.
One area for improvement is customer service; the employees could benefit from additional training as they often come across as unwelcoming. However, I genuinely appreciate the rewards I receive via email. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email on my birthday offering a free swirl frozen yogurt. It was incredible, and the yogurt is delicious with a variety of yummy toppings!
I hope this special doesn’t fade away. I find myself stopping in frequently for the free item, often picking up a few additional items while I’m there. Overall, I’m very impressed with RaceTrac!

This place has a candy bar!!! Need I say more! The bathrooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. Nice pit stop on my way out of FL.

I don’t like to give bad reviews if I can help it but the men’s bathroom is nasty. Urinals haven’t been cleaned in months(see pictures). The whole bathroom feels nasty ??And the smell that is reaping out of the urinals??
Mgmt: Please clean your bathrooms at least 2 or 3 times daily. But first they need a deep thorough cleaning, so you can maintain it.

This is probably the busiest racetrack I've ever been to it's busy morning noon and night and because of that the staff is somewhat overwhelmed. Not a lot of stocking going on. And soft serve ice cream is always broken.

RaceTrac drink machines down.. all other stores have offered bottled drinks when this happened. Pizza not being served which I was going to use rewards. This one would not…what good are rewards if you can’t use them??

Today my car caught on fire and I pulled in on 484, asking people for help and water but nobody would do anything for me, so I ran into the gas station and there was a nice customer who called 911 for me, and a couple, also customers, making sure I was okay. Although the employees didn't seem to care, or even bothered to come outside until the fire department said to back away from the car, even though they were aware that the car was on fire.I opened the fire extinguisher box and I ran to my car, the couple and I were putting the fire out and it was out for a while, as long as we had the fire extinguisher. But an employee at the gas station took the fire extinguisher from me and told me to wait for the fire department. And I told her "It's my life not yours. It's my car not your" yet she held the fire extinguisher away from me like she were clinging to a child in danger. I tried to take it from her because it wasn't that big of a fire however I just felt like they didn't care that there was a fire at a gas station and that makes no sense to me I really don't understand how you can have a fire at a gas station and I have a fire extinguisher that would put the fire out.

The bathrooms at this racetrac were dirty with urine on the floor. Not up to the normal standards of other racetracs

I’ve been coming here daily now for almost 2 years and I will say everyone here has been a delight except for co manager Jenn she doesn’t like to open the self checkout but then acts as if it’s an inconvenience to help someone… if she continues to be this way I may have to find a different gas station when she is working.

This gas station on Google said $2.90 for regular gas. when we got there it was $3.19 a gallon.
