He repaired our generator. He did a great job. We took it to a guy in crestview Fl and that was a horror story. Our rig is a 2000 he had to wait for parts. He fixed it last year and it still runs like a champ!!

They repaired our generator in our motorhome that Mr Mobile Rv Service wanted us to replace. Instead of costing over $6000 it cost under $900!! Rv Connection did a lot of extra and now it works great and runs much smoother!! He really knows what he is doing!! I recommend him for all RV repairs!! He is honest and fair.

Rich will not return my phone calls. My husband and I pay them $4,000 and his repairs are breaking. We have been trying to get this matter resolved since January. He said he was going to come over and look at the problem so my husband took the day off and he did not show or call to say he was not going to make it. He will not return our calls or do anything to try to correct his mistake

Our experience with Rich at RV Connection was poor.We are full time RVers. After spending $4000.00for a subfloor repair, diagnosis of the leak/cause and correction of cause and complete flooring and carpeting replacement the floor is collapsing under the washer/dryer.That is the "repaired area".He had our class A Gulfstream for 2 1/2 months, from mid May 2019 to the first week of September 2019.In late Dec.2019 we noticed an uneven spot in front of the fridge, which was part of the "repaired" area and spoke to him on the phone about it.He said it could be from the colder weather. After speaking with several other seasoned professionals in the RV Industry,I have been informed that the flooring was improperly installed as well.It kept getting worse and I have made multiple attempts to contact him.I finally drove out to his shop, 45 minutes each way, and spoke face to face with him about it in May.He said due to the COVID-19,he was not making service calls.I have made more attempts to get him to come and make right what should be under warranty. He finally answered me and told me a time he would come out.I cleared my whole work day so I would be there when he came.He never showed up or called to reschedule. It is now mid August 2020 and the floor is getting weaker and collapsing under the washer. There is dampness under the shower stall, even though there is no evidence of any leaks during operation of any water sources in the coach or in any of the storage compartments below the coach. The flooring is lifting at the seams in the "repaired"area.8 months and he has NEVER COME TO LOOK AT IT!AVOID THIS SHOP!!!Obviously does not stand behind his work!Claims 40+ yrs in the RV Industry.
