This quest is the worst. All the girls have 0 personalities. Rude. Don’t do the tests that need to be done. They would be fired if I was their boss.! Period. Awful

The Quest was basically empty and my phlebotomist got me on the first stick with zero issues. It was actually a great experience.

I made my appointment day or two earlier. Printed out my barcode because I had already entered my insurance information. I was running a few minutes behind due to the heavy traffic no more than 5 minutes. I checked myself in via the text message I received from quest and was called in very shortly afterwards. This visit went extremely well. I will be using this location for my next blood work.

Staff were excellent and knowledgeable and pleasant professionals. My appt was at 8:10 but office was about 8 minutes behind. Not a long wait. But the check in portal onsite was nit working well as it would not accept the selection until after I touched each button several times. Wad very frustrating and took too long.

Usually, we have a good experience with Quest...this time...not so much. I wasn't aware that I would have a $102 copay until we arrived for our appointment...this should be something when you enter your info including the insurance information into the app that informs you.
Then, the tech used a larger than needed needle on my 11 yr old child and she unnecessarily moved it around in his vain causing traumatic discomfort. She also instructed that both parents could not come back to the room when we previously had both his dad and I there as bloodwork is extremely difficult for many adults let alone children. Quest...compassion training for techs allowed to work with children is a MUST!

The reservation system works well with no issues. Minimal wait time. The staff is excellent.

We are in our 70s, so we have had a lot of bloodwork done over the years. No other Quest laboratory has even come close to the kindness and the skill of the staff member phlebotomist that took care of me as well as a different one who drew my wife's blood draw. Absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10.
