I had an appointment and got a reminder email yet when I got there it said I didn't have an appointment. When I informed staff, she was indifferent about it. They could have at least had a warning sing up to inform patients of the "glitch".
She also didn't collect a urine sample which I was supposed to have done. The staff doesn't seem to care about their job or patients. Also the hours have been off the door for over a year and they have a lock on the door making it seem as if they're closed. This place is a dump.

Came in around 12:20 pm for a walk-in, stayed until closing (1pm) just for them to say "we did our last appointment at 12:40". Thent why did the check in screen say "you have 3 walk-ins before you?" This is absolutely ridiculous, and if you don't have enough time to do everyone's bloodwork would it not make sense to tell the people in the lobby beforehand? Garbage place.

I am a very hard stick and the young lady who drew my blood got it on the first try and I didn’t even feel the stick. Very polite and professional.

Taina took my blood. She was friendly, knowledgable, and did a great job. I have been going to Quest for years, and have complete confidence in them.

I love the way they treat patience. I think they should have bottled water in the lobby and disinfectant wipes at the kiosk

I absolutely love going to Quest. I set up my appointments online, they text me on the day of my appointment, and I check in on my phone when I arrive and that's it. The process is so easy. You're in and out of there in no time.

I was impressed with the ability to check in by text, eliminating the need to stand in line. I was called back promptly, was able to complete all insurance and payment needs without changing from person to person AND- the person who drew my blood was gentle! ;-)
