Went there today and waited at the meat counter. Unfortunately the man packing meat ignored my presence which wasn’t the biggest issue. The meat packer was handling all the raw meat and packing materials on the machine without gloves, unhealthy cross contamination. I was really disappointed in seeing this since I always felt this Publix was a reputable establishment.

Every time i order a sandwich and ask for oil and vinegar I never get the packets and it's never anywhere accessible in the store an employee has to go get it for me that's ridiculous it a small thing I order with my already 13$ sandwich wish I could give zero for their poor deli personel

Not very happy with Publix a cake was order for a baby shower and they seemed to screw it up not even having a care in the world that there staff didn’t listen to directions. So there for I did not have a cake for my shower because in stead of a beautiful white cake they decided to make my cake look like a unicorn cake. I always order with Publix and now it’s my last time ordering from this store because the manager wasn’t even helpful they also screwed up the cake order in front of me.

Order ahead subs/wraps are NEVER ready by the promised time. Wait around 20-30 minutes every time, and end up having to go to customer service, so someone can go back to the deli to have them make it. Very frustrating, especially when you see the deli crew standing around/talking. Happy to wait every now and again, but it's a consistent problem now. I hate having to write a review, but you would think by now someone from customer service would bring it up to a deli manager and find a solution.

“I’ve found a lot of great BOGOs and savings at Publix, which keeps me coming back. However, the customer service could use improvement. While I appreciate the deals, a better overall experience would make shopping here even more enjoyable.”

I went to publix to get a few groceries and an order pickup for 3 wraps and a half sub. Paid for my groceries and then waited for my to go order. The to go order was supposed to be ready at 7:35. Sometimes they get busy, so I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. 17 minutes after 7:34, a gentleman brings out 3 of 4 items. Then, he tells me to go to the deli for the other wrap. I wait in line at the deli. When it is my turn, the lady walks off. Then another gentleman comes over and starts making some to go orders. Then, two other ladies come up to the counter and proceed to just talk. Not once was I acknowledged. Then they all walk away. I go back to the order pickup and ask customer service to just give me my money back for the one wrap. He looks at me like I'm speaking a weird language and then calls someone else over the phone. A woman walks over and asks him what's wrong, and he tells her I'm waiting on the deli. She comes over and says, "Hold on, I'll go check on your order" and walks away. She comes back and says "oh they are starting on your wrap." I asked again to just get my money back as I need to go and she says I will go see how much longer and then walks away. After all and all 32 minutes I get my wrap, and I am hit with have a good night. Awful customer service throughout the entire process!!!!!
