I chose this pharmacy for location. What a mistake. It takes days to get scripts filled. My doctor sent 4 in. It took 2 days for the first to be ready, two more were ready the next evening & I hadn’t received a notification for the 4th one after 5 days of it showing pending. Went back on the app and it was gone. Went back to the pharmacy & it had been cancelled, no one could tell me why, but they finally got it filled. When I was ready for refills, I took the bottles to another pharmacy & they were all ready the same day.

Always friendly helpful staff. I've been their customer for many, many years and they've helped me through tough times with medicine changes and needs for meds for overseas travel. Thank you P.B. Pharmacy Staff!

Dropped off prescription yesterday and now am being chastised by the employee asking if I have my own birthdate correct because someone didn't enter it in the system yesterday and now I have to wait ANOTHER day for my much needed medicine.

Clean, friendly staff that are also helpful! And if ya'll haven't tried their cornbread that they keep hidden and under wraps ( or.... more like a hostage type thing ) REGARDLESS... They are kept behind the counter in deli area..... And don't think you can just get them whenever you want, I tried already and it was definitely looked down upon! You have to ask for them, which can become very awkward very quickly because it seems like not everyone knows exactly what your speaking of. So just disregard the feelings of an illegal transaction taking place. But again, you might have to help out the employees owho don't know of this gold nugget! And now, THANKS TO ME, .. You will show and tell with all the confiendence in the world!! ( Gold nuggets are located behind the deli) SOoo... with all that being said, That alone should have you already making plans to go to Publix ASAP!! And most of all.... you're welcome........=]

Gave me someone else's prescription didn't notice it for over a month because I trust my pharmacist I don't trust them at all could have endangered my life careless should be consequences

Why would it matter if a public pharmacy, that has no political affiliations and is supposed to be completely unbiased, that Google would have to point out that they are LGBTQ+ friendly? Hasn't this commission worked its way into enough social and political avenues to now be integrated into pharmacy standards? This group has been on a mission to insert themselves into EVERYTHING, starting with DISNEY KIDS, since 2007. Come on, let's give it a rest already. You don't see \\\"Veteran Friendly\\\" or \\\"Police Friendly\\\" review stamp, so why the need for this? It's nonsense at its highest degree.

I only go to this publix due to its proximity to my residence. It's a joke of a Publix. The absolute a worst in the city. It's dirty, old, the deli & staff are also a joke. I can't tell you how many sub orders are messed up that we get. The customer service back there is horrible. When you call, you get someone unable to fix your problem/complaint. Must be nice to have a decent Publix to go to where you live. The only nice thing there are the cashiers & bakery staff. Don't waste your time at this Publix.
