Do not advertise tech on site when he is unavailable, false advertisement just to get client into the store and sell your service. Makes me sad. Then you ask, how was your service. Further, site blocks lesser response. So, there is no way to respond true fully. A good tech did my nails, but that is not the point. That is discourteous.

First time trying this nail salon and I am highly impressed. My nail stylist was Tina. This woman was very sweet, gentle and is definitely my go to from now on. Im starting a new job and mt nails look great!!!

I have been going to ProNails since 2016 when I first moved down here. I’ve had to switch technicians a few times due to them leaving for whatever reason but I have been using Lynze for the last 2 or 3 years and she is amazing! I pay extra for the longer pedicure and I get gel polish so it does cost me around $100 every time I go but it is so worth it! Highly recommend Lynze!! She is a big asset to this company.

Cleanliness: The building is always clean. Someone is constantly cleaning to make sure the place is sanitized.
Stylist: My stylist was Mei.
She does an excellent job. Always pleasant and makes sure I am pleased with her work.

Kim did a great job. Explained the pricing and upcharge for my pedicure and gel French nails ahead of time. No surprises

Vivian is so professional and does excellent fills and gel polish. The nail studio is so pretty and relaxing. Spotlessly clean.

This is my second visit and it was again a professional experience. I used a different nail technician and he was Amazing! Ask for Tee, he only does hands. I am looking forward to mastering my amazing technician for my pedicure

Very disappointed today. The nails were airbrushed which kept cracking. Over files some nails and it took polish off. Not smooth one nails has polish cracks on it
