Their claim to fame is to be able to put just about anyone in a car. So I thought I'd try after having the WORST experience with Jenkins. Javier was super nice and he really seemed to care about getting me into a good reliable vehicle. With $1000 down I could get a $15,000 car. But only one on the lot. I was approved but only for what they wanted to get rid of. So I took it for a test drive. The check engine light was on and there were no brakes. I was told they had just put break pads on but I got out and asked for him to show me where the break pad was. Because as I was driving, you could hear and feel metal on metal. I am a woman, but not a dumb one. And I still didn't get an answer why I could only get that one vehicle. I work hard just like everyone else and I deserve to be put in a nice car just like everyone else. When he realized I wasn't going to budge on buying that crap, all of the sudden there were 2 more vehicles i could chose from. So I was told he would call me and we would def try to find something for me. That was 3 days ago. I called him twice to see what the status was and was told they didn't have anything. And that was that! So not only do I have a hard hit on my credit, I'm still waiting on his phone call..

Kristen really helped me out a lot with my first car buying experience. Before i even got to the dealership, she was sending me cars with the specific engine I wanted in it! When I got there, she was very helpful with all of the information on the car by getting me a CarFax report, and gave me a run down of how everything will be processed through my credit and explained all of my options to me. She helped me get the best possible interest and wasn't pushing me to do anything but get the better deal and did anything to make me feel better about making this first big purchase. Would definitely recommend them, as my mother recommend me to them and it worked out!

We came in and spoke with Amanda. She was so down to earth and very upfront and honest. She did an amazing job at getting our deal worked with the new to me Lexus we bought. We will definitely go back to her when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle
