“This was such a fantastic experience. It is tucked inside of a building that has "BOOKSTORE" written out front. They only allow one person in at a time because it is a tiny post office, but it seems to be fully functioning. They even have tape and pens on a table outside for people to freely use. The lady inside was super nice and helpful. They should make this a training location because this is a model of how it should be done.”

“Great customer service! This is a gift shop/postal annex. I am a daily drop off mail shipper and have had zero issues here. Line can get long, especially during the holidays, but is better than the actual USPS nearby. Lots of little gifts, shipping supplies, lottery, and a large card selection. They do charge a fee for credit card purchases, but most small businesses do.”

“Went there today, got there early based on reviews about them being busy, which is very true. They had 3 people working. With that said, the lady we worked with Kathy was in a great mood. She was smiling, very friendly, and super helpful. I had to send packages out and get a PO Box. She walked us through the whole process, was patient, and explained everything pertaining to the use of our box. As we had to fill out paperwork, Kathy was friendly to other people she helped as well. She definitely made our experience comfortable and welcoming.”
