“I had a great experience sending out a certified letter to the IRS. Rose was so patient, kind, and helpful! She was the only agent up front helping people and she did her job efficiently and with a friendly demeanor. I was scared to use this office with all the bad reviews, but my experience was pleasant and there was little to no wait time.”
“Limited supplies but service is fine and short lines. Billed as USPS but I don't think it is. It's a service in the back of a gift shop. Bottom line for simple mailing services it works fine.”

4545 SW 60th Ave, Ocala“I have visited this office many times, and the people who have assisted me are very friendly, helpful, and professional. They always strive to help you within the rules and limits of each transaction. In my opinion, Ocala is developing, which leads to a significant increase in customers for USPS. When I use their services, I always consider the time of my visit to avoid long lines or prepare to wait, appreciating the wonderful employees who, like you and me, got up to go to work and provide the best service they can.
If you are retired, what a blessing to have more free time to do other things and appreciate the details of life. Now, distinguished USPS customer, I want to tell you that the process of announcing a position, selecting candidates who meet the employment requirements, and the training process takes at least six months to complete before seeing a new face at a USPS establishment. Let’s be more mindful of what we are experiencing today and choose a day from Monday to Saturday that is most convenient and effective for you. Choose your battles wisely and be happy.”
“Edit: I don’t know if they read my review or not BUT I honestly feel like they have improved since. No lost mail and NO DAMAGED mail. They’ve been dropping it off my front door so thank you.
Original post:
They lost my mail 3x! And I had a package saying don’t bend and guess what they did? Stuffed it in my mail box bending all the books! Ocala USPS are lazy and irresponsible. I never experienced this when I was in Miami! Never!”
“This was such a fantastic experience. It is tucked inside of a building that has "BOOKSTORE" written out front. They only allow one person in at a time because it is a tiny post office, but it seems to be fully functioning. They even have tape and pens on a table outside for people to freely use. The lady inside was super nice and helpful. They should make this a training location because this is a model of how it should be done.”
