It takes a while to change the oil on a Porsche but the wait is comfortable, they alway ask if I want a loaner but I don’t mind waiting. The staff is awesome and service is top notch but I’ve come to expect that from Porsche of Ocala. I had my Black Edition washed while it was there, they did a fantastic job on that as well. Awesome customer service. Thank you all!

Aaron Pederson at Porsche of Ocala took great care of me assisting in the replacement of a tire. Porsche Emergency Services picked up the car with a flatbed and took it to the dealership. The service was done when the tire came in and the car was returned without incident. I’ve used this dealership exclusively for years and am very satisfied!

We still have the issues of the car producing a burning smell and Porsche has tried to correct this issue according to them twice already
I’m convinced you all aren’t able to correct this issue
We were told because the issue was initiated within 30 days of the purchase that you all had to fix it but you were not successful as we still have the issue and the cars fan continues to run once the engine is off in order to cool it down .
Since the car has a warranty maybe the Porsche here in Jacksonville will be able to see what the issue is
This is my dream car but the experience is like a bad dream I can’t wake up from because everytime I think it’s over with it has returned still being an issue

Service tech very professionally assessed cause of air conditioning deficiency in car. However, once cause was identified estimate for repair was greater than FMV of car! RIDICULOUS!! Took car to another local Porsche expert who remedied the problem at a cost of one third of dealer’s estimate.
