Platinum auto armor ceramic coated my new truck and added ppf to the front and mirror caps. I've never bit the bullet on ceramic coating in the past due to the higher upfront price but now I realize what I've been missing out on. This was worth every penny. The shine of the truck is insane and it cleans so easily bugs just spray off. Not to mention, I never have to spend time waxing it! I'll be coating my wife's car next!

The word “Platinum” is aptly used to describe Carlo’s auto care business. My 2023 Tesla Model Y received a partial paint protection film (ppf), full ceramic coating and window tinting using Xpel products. Like the music artists of platinum records, this auto care company delivers exceptional quality with attention-to-detail in their work. The ppf was custom cut with all edges rolled including difficult areas around headlights. Also noteworthy is the extensive aftercare maintenance education. A bucket with Carlo’s recommended products to maintain the ceramic coatings is available for purchase including written instructions to take home following a one-on-one training session. Thirdly, Carlo arranged a discounted rate with Hertz car rental (located across the street from the auto care shop) while my car was in the shop. The work was perfect! But the best part was the staff, Carlo made sure we had an exceptional experience.I have a 2023 Tesla Model Y and wanted to protect the paint. So I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews and decided on Platinum Auto Armor. It was clear from the reviews that they not only did perfect work but that customer service was outstanding and that was exactly the experience I had. I live in Cedar Key Fl and had to travel about 70 miles, Carlo arranged a rental car and at a great price.I highly recommend Platinum Auto Armor to anyone looking for Ceramic Coating and/or PPF!

Platinum Auto Armor is the only place I will go in the future. Carlos and his staff are very professional and provide a great customer experience. They explain the process and how it can protect your car’s finish in detail. I had full front PPF, ceramic coating and windshield clear tint done on my new 2024 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG and my wife and I are 100% satisfied. You can’t go wrong with Platinum Auto Armor. We received a great finished product along with a great customer experience.

I am not much for 'everyone deserves a trophy' much less a proponent of 'giving praise for employees who do their job [well being expected]. That said, Carlo likely deserves a trophy and accolades from everyone who he provides service to because he truly performs well beyond expectation of most clients. Read the reviews which are not exaggerations.Carlo provided full PPF to my entire car. He did the brakes and wheels, had his brother tint all the windows. He ceramic coated the entire car. He has had me back to evaluate for any peeling and educated me about protecting a matte paint.He has provided assistance with car rental and helped out when I had cameras installed for even more protection. He would I believe tell you that customer satisfaction, with his work and his attentiveness/attention to detail are his enjoyment in his business model.If you want your investment protected, there is likely no one who will put more effort and heart into making that work for your next vehicle.

I reached out to Carlo right before Christmas (Christmas Eve actually) and he returned my call right away. I had a ton of questions, and he was patient and explained everything in detail. I brought my 2023 Tesla in for nano-ceramic coating and paint protection film. His work and precision was absolutely flawless. I would give his work 100 stars if possible. The car came out gorgeous, and I am ecstatic with the results. The price was very reasonable considering how much work went into it.
