After reading the other negative reviews for PCJDR’s service department, I’m glad I didn’t waste anymore than 2 hours of my time. I had an appointment for oil change, tire rotation & the radio, Bluetooth etc stops working randomly & then comes back on. I was told by Scott that they would get the oil change & tire rotation done 1st & then we would see about the other. Another lady arrived at the same time I did with no appointment but her vehicle was done 30 minutes before I demanded mine back after 2 hours. They were not finished diagnosing the radio problem but I told Scott I would take it somewhere else since somebody that didn’t have an appointment was served ahead of me. Didn’t get any concern from Scott, just a smirk.
I won’t be back here.

When I went to Phillips this time, I had a special need. My salesman Michael Stickley, along with the sales managers got right on it and within a day they were able to solve the problem and provide me with a Grand Cherokee that met my needs perfectly. As always, their professionalism and knowledge came through. I will go back.

This place sucks big timr,they did not fix my truck,even after I showed them the print out on what the problem was,ABS module,and they did everything but that and charged me a thousand bucks,and my truck is still the same,undrivable.Now it's at another place,local mechanic,I will never step foot in this dealership again,after all said and done ,they tell me the module is on backorder,then insult to injury,asked me if I wanted to trade it in,if this represents Dodge,I'm gonna buy a Toyota.

I had an appt at 7:15. I did not get my truck back until 8:34/40. When I asked why it took so long they told me “my appt was just for that time, but that’s not the order they go in.” Why have appts if that’s the case. I’ve never waited that long previously.
