Bought roses reds to feed my fish and 90% are dead as I call the store they act like it's a favor for me to bring back the dead fish. I was told by the associate she is busy with someone else and I can bring back the dead fish this once. They should know how to sell fish never had a problem with their compet

Came in earlier this week to see the kittens and the older lady cleaning the cages was very noticeably annoyed with us even being there to look at them. She proceeded to ask us if we needed anything then told us the kittens we were asking about weren't going to be ready until Tuesday around 3, if that. She put a lot of excuses on why we probably would not be able to take them home at all, even Said she was "probably going to have to take them back in because their incisions were not healing well". We felt her not wanting to help us at all and the excuses did not sound true or genuine, so we showed up Tuesday morning instead of the time she said and they had already been adopted. We were not even given the option to apply for adoption beforehand. Not sure if it was our race or obvious sexual orientation that made her feel less inclined to want to help but disappointing experience overall.

They went above and beyond with my pups... he was not thrilled about getting all 4 paws done so they improvised and sang to him and he then had no problem allowing them to trim his nails. Very Happy, thanks!

We have a new puppy, so we went to PetSmart to buy some things for our new puppy bought puppy food, a bed, a box of disposable potty pads, and a puppy gate. Unfortunately the puppy gate didn't help she was small enough to get through the bars of the gate, so we had to improve vise, should have done a better job searching the gate's available for small puppies our fault.

I honestly did not have any complaints about this location upon our first visit. We just moved to the area and we stopped in here the first time so Mila can get a picture with the Easter Bunny. The staff were very friendly and patient with Mila. For some reason, she was scared of the Easter Bunny and has been good with Santa. We visited for Santa pictures. I checked online and all the deals were half the price as the store. I found several items in the store and added them to my online cart. There was an abundance of quantities of each item. I get notified later that most of my items were canceled. That tells me the staff was too lazy to retrieve the items. I tried to cancel the order and they would not allow me to. So I have to wait until it's delivered and then return it. Oh and I opted for same day delivery-at 3pm and it was set for the following day. After all that, most of the items were cancelled and because it was a sale of "buy this many, get this many free", I lost out on a lot of money.The store is relatively neat and clean. The store is very big in size and they carry almost everything you can imagine for pets. Mila is always getting pets, compliments, and treats. The two times we visited was really busy but that could be because it was a weekend day and for events.

Horrible customer service, I called in to inquire about a cat and was literally hung up on in the middle of asking a question. The lady who answered the phone had a horrible attitude from the beginning of the call, I'm not entirely sure what I did to be treated so rudely but I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I just returned from the Ocala grooming salon without my dog's nails trimmed. The email I got said they were resuming walk ins, but, after driving 3o minutes to get there, I was told when I arrived that I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours for a nail trim. Since the online check in does not offer a nail trim option, I could not set up a time. This is the second time I have had major issues getting a 10 minute nail trim so I will be finding somewhere else to take her. The customer service at that location has taken a major nose dive

I only gave on star because I had no choice in the matter!! Worts pet store in Ocala!! horrible customer service!! Awful staff!!! Management is a joke they did nothing to make anything right! Wrote corporate weeks ago no response from them still!! PETCO IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!! GO THERE THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS!! Trust me don't wast time or money at Petsmart!!

We were interested in adopting a cat and called to speak to a representative who told us the cats would be adopted from 12-3 on Saturday. We drove an hour and a half only to find you have to "apply" for an adoption and people would actually visit your home before you were allowed to adopt a cat. There were plenty of cats available and we were shocked this representative let us drive an hour and a half knowing we wouldn't be able to get a cat that day. BEWARE!
