Georgia out trainer was amazing! I bought my 6 month old puppy in who had be missing out on her basic obedience. In a matter of 6 classes Georgia was able to take her from a sit and stay to leaning to heel, down on command, stand, stay, and even was able to teach her tricks and learning how to use button to speak! Georgia is the most amazing trainer who can speak to the exact needs of what your puppy needs to learn. She understands them individually!! I cannot express how thankful I am to have met her and will definitely be back if we ever get another puppy!

Prices are higher than everyone around. Ended up ordering online because the online price was significantly less. They didn’t have other items I needed, so I went to Tractor Supply and they had the exact same item I had bought for even less, same size, brand and everything.

Mike the mgr. Did a good job but your website is deplorable. You emailed me I was to receive a free bag of cat food. Once on my rewards site it didn't appear.
It said I was 7pts away from an award but nothing about the free bag of cat food, after numerous trys mgr. Took care of it. This has been an issue numerous times.

It's been awhile since I've been to this store. They were my go-to since my vet also is their neighbor. So very convenient however things have changed prices have changed and the store looks different. I have a new addition to my home a puppy which I've never shopped here for a puppy before only a senior dog. So I will have to reassess my new shopping list.

This location is turning around...I have been in before and was concerned about the cleanliness but it was a lot better this visit. The ferret enclosure was clean which it wasn't at all last time & the animals looked to be well cared for. Hopefully this stays the norm for them now.
