We were the first appointment and were in and out quickly. The vet also provided some advice on weight loss. Everyone was nice.

The vet and staff were very helpful. I was told by my veterinarian that my dog needed to re checked for heartworms because it had been over a month since her last pill (I sent the prescription to Vetco on Dec 6, 2023 and they never got around to approving it). The Vetco vet at Petco said that wasn't true and she didn't want me to pay for something I didn't need. She wrote a new prescription and I was able to purchase the heartworm medicine right then and there.

Person checking us in was on cellphone. Never got clear understanding of pricing and dog never got accurately weighed. Horrible.

Thank you so much for fitting our Kiki in for a much needed groom! It's not easy finding someone to groom a Leonberger, and especially someone who takes the time to be kind yet thorough. Kiki was a hot mess after traveling for a few weeks and we are so happy with the results and grateful for the service! Thank you!!

Poor customer service both online and in the store. I ordered dog food online from this retailer. They canceled my order but charged me anyway. I called to see if they would either refund my money or give me the dog food I ordered. They refused to do either. I am disgusted by this complete lack of care for their customers! I will never buy from this company again!

Nice pet store! We were looking for a dog tie out/cable and found it fairly quickly. Good selection and decent prices. The cashier was very friendly. It was nice to not only get good service, but also get treated well.

Horrible experience would give 0 if I could. Vetco for dog vaccinations. Mixed up my online appt after previously confirming it. Got there early as they said, pressed #3 on phone a they said when I arrived. Waiting for a texted to come in which never happened. Went in store only to see other people with later appts in line ahead of me and they said they just came in and where told to get in line. So of course I asked the girl Rio about the situation and I was told 'not her fault several times' lol then whos? Then I went by the vet and figured the tech might know more regarding my ordeal, again Chrissy said 3 times with attitude 'Not Her Fault' bad internet. And sarcastically said "Do You Still Want Shots?"Then why not have an alternative process? I then proceeded to talk to a woman mgr., which didn't have too much to say 'oh sorry". I asked for the shore mgr name and phone number and she said she couldn't do that. Lol. Why not? Can't. I proceeded to go then to the checkout and asked a vary nice young man which immediately gave me the store mgr name and number. For some reason he's never there. Two days later I recd an email saying they said sorry and they have bad internet. Again if you are made aware of the internet problem. FIX IT. Don't let your customer suffer for 'Bad Internet" ? So I will never deal with them again. I will go somewhere with the correct procedure and good internet ?

If you care about your dog, you definitely want to take it elsewhere. That is the short version. The longer version: They mangled our dogs coat so we questioned the technician at pickup but she was clueless. We called the toll free number from home and they told us the store would call us back within 48 hours, that never happened. BUT we know that the message was relayed to the store because we did receive a cancellation email for what was supposed to be our pet's next appointment, so now that's the store saying to us, "buzz off!" We called the 800 number to follow up again and this time we sent pictures so they could see why we were upset. This time the store manager Mike called us back but showed no empathy. He did offer a full refund but somehow we only received a partial one; don't waste your money or your time.

This is how the Ocala store keeps their reptiles. This is disgusting & disgraceful. Someone needs to lose their job & never work with animals again.
