Went in to use the self serve dog wash station. They have two options, the basic and premium. I chose the premium because I wanted to have access to the nicer soaps. Like most self serve stations, I expected there to be brushes and things to do a full groom for my dog by myself, but i literally paid extra money for one extra soap to wash my dogs face. The only thing other than soap they have are towels, so I feel like I paid extra for nothing. It wasn’t worth the price and I had to finish grooming my dog at home (which is what I wanted to avoid because I didn’t want to get hair all over my house).
Edit to add: I reached out like you asked and never got a response. This was over a week ago now. I’m don’t expect the service to change. Thanks

Has a great stock. Whatever you're looking for may be there. Cashiers are friendly. Price is the same as the other pet store. They also do military Vets discount.
