They are not the cheapest. That being said, I am completely satisfied with the many different jobs I’ve had them do for me. Quality and reliability mean a better value. I would not be a repeat customer if not happy with the quality of work.

Brought my car to these people for them to address why it was shuttering when I accelerated. They charged me over $100 for what they called a diagnostic. I was called and told a lie by one of the workers that the "velocity of the transmission fluid" was giving them an indication that it needed to be serviced. $588 for this supposed diagnostic as well as servicing the transmission. When I picked the car up I repeated what was said to me about the diagnostic and was given a totally different story by another worker stating that there is no test for this. So the initial worker who got me to agree to the servicing lied. They said the car was driving better. I got in the car drove a quarter mile down the road and it was doing exactly what it was when I brought it to them. I called back and spoke to the initial worker who had lied to me about this diagnostic. He laughed and told me to take it to a transmission shop. I remained quiet until I got the final confirmation from a transmission shop who confirmed that it was definitely a torque converter shutter. He said that it should have never been serviced. It should have been addressed by replacing or repairing. I went back into Parker's today to express that I was upset and felt I was taken advantage of. The person I spoke to immediately jumped into defense mode and pretty much gave me the attitude that it wasn't their problem. The right thing to do would have been to admit that it was not handled properly. Instead I was berated by a man child and told to leave. This man stated he was a "manager'ish" because there's no actual manager at the building.

*HONEST•AFFORDABLE•RESPECTFUL*
As a female going to a mechanic shop can be very stressful and intimidating. Everyone at Parker’s made me feel extremely respected and kept me informed the entire time. I scheduled an appointment to get new tires put on my car and a front end alignment. They looked over my tires and told me my tires are in perfect shape but suggested I got them balanced and aligned. I left with my car driving perfectly,spending less money than I thought, feeling extremely pleased with the entire experience. They could have easily changed my good tires out ,took my money and sent me on my way. This shop is extremely honest and respectful. Client for life.

They do the bait and hook. They said they could fix my truck . Had it for a whole week . Diagnosed it told me the price .we agreed on price 1,400 . Then following week oh we can’t can’t do the job . So all I got was a upper ball joint and lower ball joint done and didn’t even get the front end alignment even though they said they could do it.so just for a upper and lower ball joint job they got me for 920.00. And I could’ve don’t it my self . Don’t go to these people unless you wanna get robbed.

Other shop wanted to replace engine for $12,000.00. Parker's found the rodent chewed the car wires. Under $1,000.00 repair. Chose to buy new shocks and struts with some of the savings! No red lights on dash and a smooth ride. Thank you great friendly staff!
