This was not my first experience with Pals. I have been coming and getting my cars serviced and repaired with Pals for about three yesrs. Its a family friendly establishment. They are professional and at least try and find you the lowest rates for your parts needed and also, provide you with adetail instruction of whats being repaired of service up front.
You dont feelthat you have been taking the advantage of. I will continue to use their services.

I can’t speak for the mechanic work as I did not have anything done to my vehicle, but Chuck and his wife were extremely nice to me today in trying to provide me a quote for some interior damage I had. I had my infant daughter with me and they immediately gave her a new little toy car (they had many of them for kids at the shop to choose from) and a little teething toy. I thought that was really sweet considering I wasn’t even paying them, as they were just providing me a quote. I felt like they were genuinely nice people and their shop was trustworthy to get your car worked on there, which you can’t always be certain of at certain repair shops.

We were taking our car to a mechanic on Baseline and they wouldn't even diagnose the car and tell us what was wrong with the car without diagnosing it we finally called Pals they fixed our car no problems with them they're great people I'm going to be taking my car back there

Have a mini cooper and began having problems with air conditioner going off on occasion. They found problem quickly. Gave regular updates throughout process. Did overall check to systems with modern technology. Put in new battery.
Excellent commication, fair price and got our adorable mini back to us quickly.
Runs like new!
Highly recommend to any minicooper owner! ?
