Move to Florida a week ago and searched for vehicle, stopped in and spoke with Gus and Neil. While I know that reviews are key I have to say I did NOT have that pressures sales tactic feeling here. I was able to test drive the vehicle and didn’t purchase same day. Afterwards through email contact I got the same attention as if I were at the dealership and worked a deal that I felt was good enough to come back and purchase the vehicle.
Palm Chevrolet has earned my trust and I do expect to come back in the future.
As a previous business owner I can say customer trust is of most importance and Palm Chevrolet definitely earned it.

I recently purchased a vehicle using the sales girl, Lindsay King! She was absolutely fantastic. She didn’t act pushy. I talked to her for several days via text and then I came in to the showroom. She took her time making sure I was finding what I wanted. It was a Very relaxing and enjoyable process. As well Sven Reiter did the finance portion of my transaction, he was very helpful and honest. Over all I definitely recommend Palm Chevy and make sure to ask for Lindsay!

I drive 40 miles from Lecanto, Florida to Palm Chevrolet for my oil changes on my 2019 C7 Corvette. They take detailed pictures of the car before the service to insure that there is no undisclosed damage and the oil fill has been exactly on the money the two times I have taken it there. Their customer service is outstanding and they are quite professional in their interface with customers.

Went in for oil change, 2019 Buick. Will never go back to the Buick dealer in Ocala for service. Other than standing in the service department with several other customers for a good while without a "good morning or we will be with you as soon as possible" the service was good. Wanted a snack while waiting but the vending machine had no prices that I could see. The waiting area was clean and the coffee was not bad. All in all a lot better service than the Buick dealer in town. I will be happy to return to Palm Chevrolet for any further needs. Thanks, Mike
