I needed to return a walking pad I had ordered on Amazon and foolishly threw out the original packaging when I normally hold on to them in case I need to return what I ordered. These guys were the only place in Ocala that would package and ship my large walking pad. I am very grateful for that - 5/5 Stars

Walter, Donald and the rest of the team have provided great service to my company and me for years! We have our regular business mail delivered there, including parcels of all shapes and sizes, and have bought postage stamps and standard boxes. In addition to the routine transactions, PakMail has also made custom-sized boxes and crates for a very reasonable price and, on the larger side, we use PakMail for shipping and receivng pallets 2-3 times a year. The service could not be better and the price is a great value!

Got some packages dropped off that a typical FedEx ship drop off location can't take. They also advertise shipping oversized items and can make shipping packaging to fit those items. May come in handy for future reference. They also have typical shipping items to purchase such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, even some turnstiles of cards to choose from.

This was literally the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I was driving through Ocala and needed to drop off some pre-labled FedEx boxes. The employee pointed out that I had attached the same label on two boxes. He went out of his way to help me fix the issue so I could ship all of the boxes while I was there. I wish I lived in Ocala, I'd use this Pak Mail for all of my shipping needs!
