I purchased a few things for my vehicle, the first problem, they sold me the wrong stuff, second, I went to refund it, and they told me they couldn’t refund it because I paid cash, that I would have to call around to find a store that can refund it. Very rude!!! Will never recommend them

There’s a guy there, gentleman about in his 60s, 6ft, thin, never got his name. Every time I go in there I seem to have to deal with him and he’s probably the rudest most condescending sales associate ive ever delt with. It always seems like im bothering him and he likes to show you how much he knows without actually being helpful. If he was held to the same standard as I am at my job, he would be fired. The reason this review isn't 1 star is because everyone else there is usually very kind and helpful. Autozone up the road has way better people working there, dont waste your time unless you know exactly what to buy.

Went to Oreilly’s today 5/1/2024, Frank who is the manger of the store took care of me at the counter and he did an amazing job, Frank was very kind and polite and professional but most importantly he is very knowledgeable at his job and knows the parts he sells due to many years of experience with Oreilly’s I will continue to go to this location and have Frank or one of his fellow team members take care of my parts list from now on.
