“My truck broke down right next to Eastside, and they were able to get it running and to their shop within 5 minutes. The customer service was excellent, and they quickly deduced and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Eastside also helped me get rid of a vehicle that was taking up space, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the service and the work they do are top-notch, and I will definitely go to Eastside for as long as I live in Ocala.”

“Had a great experience at this location of Take 5. So thank you. The week before was not very good. We had gone to a different location and it was lousy. We waited over an hour because of 2 diesel trucks, but someone dropped the ball. It was mismanaged and they didn't care that at least 6 people were waiting that long. We finally got up there and just drove through and left. That location needs help.”

“The staff is seriously courteous from the get-go! From greetings, offers, expectations, to where to wait. I came here for an oil change. Candace happily moved the vehicle into the service bay, cleaned glasses, prepared it, and parked afterward. Operating hours are posted clearly and accurate and and advise added for incoming holidays. The place is maintained clean. The owner(s) cares about the customer. A vending machine or two wouldn't hurt.”

The only down is that I can say they are always stocking their cargo in the isles during business hours, which makes it difficult to shop with a cart when there’s a lot of other people there shopping as well. A lot of jams and not enough space to move around and shop. But seems like most of the Walmarts do this not just this one.”
