“I shopped around for quotes and found Parkers tire. Called and went in and they were super friendly each time. Very easy going, honestly best customer service I have received in a long time. I was a little mislead on the quote, the way it is laid out I did not see the supplies charge at the bottom. The price was the biggest reason I chose them so I was pretty disappointed that I was not really beating the dealership price after all. However, they had been so chill and transparent with me so far that it was hard to be upset. Tom had called me about an hour after drop off and said that he was looking at my brakes and thought I could bypass the service for now if I wanted. I decided to continue and he asked if there was a time I’d like to have it done by which I said “lunch would be great” and alas, it was done and ready by then. You don’t see great customer service and honesty everywhere these days so there is a high chance I will be returning. If prices become competitive to the dealership, I will probably come back for the next 25 years. Thank you James and Tom for all your help”

“I went to Take 5 on 12/11/25 and received great service! There were a couple of cars ahead of me when I got there, but they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. The gentlemen were courteous, brought me some water while I waited, and kept me informed on about how much longer it would until I could be serviced. I didn't get either of their names, but the taller of the two kindly informed me of how often my air filter should be changed (I just bought my car so I wasn't sure if it had been changed prior to when I bought it). I also know they weren't trying to get extra money out of me because I had just changed my windshield wipers the night prior and they mentioned the wipers were still in great shape, so they wouldn't need to be swapped out. I paid $115 for and oil change and a new air filter with a military discount, which seems about right for the market currently.

“European Car Clinic just finished doing amazing job repairing my 2006 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0L Turbo. I knew I could trust them! Consider coming in-person and you will be greeted by excellent customer service. Antifreeze leak due to cracked heating hose. Oil leaking from valve cover gasket onto heating hose. New brake pads and rotors. Air-conditioning now works in my car and more importantly no more overheating or smoke coming from front hood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“With two cars ahead of me, I still didn't even wait five minutes before my turn. The three staff members were all friendly and courteous while working together to accomplish the work efficiently and timely. Among the variety of oil change types, I chose the second to highest level as they explained the higher synthetic option would allow me to go 6,000 miles between being due. Tire pressure, fluid levels and other filters were also checked. My car was finished in less than ten minutes from arriving and I didn't have to worry about an hourly labor fee, like I do at my regular repair shop. I was very pleased with this experience.”

“My oil was changed at valvoline my prior visit and apparently the oil filter was damaged and I was not made aware (researched it and common problem with oem filter).
On this visit the tech identified the problem. The rep handing the transaction at the register said not sure if it was them that damaged it and I could wait and buy a new one and they'd put it on next time.
The manager came out a short time later and was very concerned and professional. He acknowledged that prior oil change was done there and couldn't be sure, but most likely damage to oil filter was done by their tech. He stated vehicle would not have been road safe had it been left as is. He agreed to replace the filter at no charge to me and apologized for prior handling of situation and was going to look into who had performed prior change.
I could not have been more impressed with how he handled the situation. Just an exemplary manager and good human being.
My wife asked if I would go back again being that it was damaged prior. I stated with the way it was handled I have full confidence in the company and that the tech would be educated.
I was so impressed by management ownership and resolution that I'll be a lifelong customer because of it.”

“I have lived in Ocala for 15 years. I have used 3 other major shops in the area. I have 5 cars, 3 of which are Muscle cars that I will only accept top level work, and I want only the best for my cars. It is for those reasons I am loyal to Brain at Bednar's auto repair. I have 3 dozen or more receipts from the shop over the last 8+ years I have used them. Brian has done every from putting in a new transmission, installed a Holley Sniper EFI system in two of my cars, fix rear axel problems, new 4 wheel disc systems, AC and a myriad of other repairs on my cars. He is the best in town, and is honest, unlike some other shops in town. I know him well and he knows my standards, and he always calls with the estimate prior to conducting repairs. Net, net he is class act, and I have full confidence in the work he performs.”

“Overall, it is clean and great value for shopping. The only down is that I can say they are always stocking their cargo in the isles during business hours, which makes it difficult to shop with a cart when there’s a lot of other people there shopping as well. A lot of jams and not enough space to move around and shop. But seems like most of the Walmarts do this not just this one.”
