“I was looking for a used desk and file cabinet. I called a few stores. Some had 800 #s and some you left a voice mail. I never received a call back. I went to a few and some stores didn't have much of a selection and others didn't have anything that fit my size requirements (doorway width and I needed a long desk for workspace). A couple tried to steer me to new furniture actually inferring I couldn't afford a new desk. Being in sales myself, that was a tactic I'd never seen before. And then I found N & N had a FB ad. I messaged them on a Sunday (I was moving and needed it by Thursday). David responded in a few minutes. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me their flyer and their address. I went to the warehouse on Monday. The two ladies in the front (I didn't get their names) were very nice. David came out and walked me through the warehouse. He spent a lot of time with me. He knew what I needed and I found the perfect desk and cabinet. I couldn't believe how great prices! We then arranged delivery. Jorge and Mike showed up on Thursday and did an incredible job negotiating corners and a hallway. They even plugged in my power strip so I would be able to use the (I don't know what they are called) the holes on the top of the desk! They did it in no time and couldn't have been nicer and polite guys. I found out that N & N is a family run company, I think, for about 30 years! If you are looking for used or new (they also have a great selection of new office furniture) don't do anything until you see these folks. Shortly, I am opening an office and I will look nowhere else. Thanks, David, and everyone at N & N for a great experience!
