I am very happy to have found this shop.
Mr James is knowledgeable, professional, and his customer service is top-notch. I brought in my truck and he spotted the issue right away and accommodated me into his schedule the very next day. He kept me informed during the repair process and even came in to work on his day off to complete the job. I will definitely use his services again and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

Best automotive shop around! We were visiting from California and had issues with our SUV. Took it to another well known automotive shop 3 times and they never could get it fixed. Looked online to find an automotive shop with great ratings and that is when we selected, Ocala's Only Choice Automotive because of the great ratings. We were amazed how knowledgeable James was about automotive repairs. He kept us informed on what he found and what the parts were going to cost before hand. And by the way, his charges were the best! So if you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable with customer service over the top, this should be the shop you call. Thank you James for everything you did for us. I'm new to the Ocala area and didn't have a "go to" car repair shop like I had before my move. I was in need of a minor repair on my Honda Civic and did a quick Google search for recommendations. Ocala's Only Choice popped up and had very good reviews, so I gave it a try. Wow! What an excellent find! James fit me into his busy schedule immediately, quickly identified the issue and made the quick fix at no cost! I couldn't be more pleased with James and his friendly, professional service. I'm over 70 years old and have a lifetime of interaction with auto repair shops. Visiting from out-of-town and encountered multiple repair issues with my SUV. Chose Ocala's Only Choice because of reviews. If more than 5 stars were available, my rating would reflect the highest possible. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and kept me informed of status of repairs at all times. Very reasonable cost as well. An absolute 1st class experience.Services: Electrical repair

I am new to the area and was looking to have more AC fixed. After doing a search to find someone reputable I ran across Ocala's only choice, having good reviews and prices.I'd been having issues with my AC for the last 7 years, no one had been able to fix it till now. James the owner was very helpful and communicative. He explained to me what was wrong and repaired it quickly. He walked me through everything he fixed after he finished and I went on my way.All in all, service was very quick, affordable pricing, and great service from James. I was directed toward James by my son who researched to find someone to do my rear brakes. James gave me a quote over the phone and it was exactly what he said. He did an excellent job changing my brakes and rotors. He was finished in a timely manner and explained everything to me. He also saved and showed me the old parts so I could see them for myself. I called James on the recommendation of one of his customers. The man was highly impressed with James and the quality of his work. I must say I heartily agree and at reasonable rates too! This was an emergency tow-in from a total stranger. James stayed after hours until the car arrived and kept me informed every step of the way. The man is a Saint. I went in to get a cv joint done. James checked out my vehicle. Said i had other things happening. He ordered parts i needed. Kept me informed of progress. Great work hands down. Our company was looking for a different repair shop for our work vans and came across James here and decide to give him a shot and definitely glad i did.
