Purchased a memory foam mattress was promised "Oh it's been clean and sanitized" as I was hesitant to buy a used mattress. Over a week later when it finally gets delivered it's COVERED in cat hair ? Myself who is severely allergic to animals couldn't even get it off with a vacuum, it was also inside the cover of the mattress when I unzipped it. Not to mention I was overcharged.. Really Dishonest business going on here.

I went once, never to go back. It’s Overpriced and dirty. FYI, it’s a for profit thrift store, not a charitable organization.

Really big thrift store with lots of furniture and all kinds of other cool stuff. Smelled like fabuloso when I walked in. They have lots of different stuff every time I go!!!!

I just went to Needful things today and I felt the prices were very high and the store is very dirty looking. I had to leave after about 5 minutes because they smoke cigarettes inside of the store and it smelled so smoky that I couldn’t breathe. They even had the front door open and the smell was still overwhelming. You can never get that smell out of anything so I would never buy anything from there. Smoking should never be allowed in a public store.

I am new to the area and this has become my absolute favorite thrift store. I love the owners friendly kind and even funny ,they remember me ever time I come in and even remember what I like . I furnished my entire Florida room for 150 plus they offer local delivery for a low cost. I must say if you are looking for great stuff at a low price this is the place they have everything and new stuff all the time . I will see you next week my friends for more goodies Thank you for the warm welcome to the neighborhood ❤️

I am visiting from out of state and I stopped by with my grandmother about an hour before Needful Thing was closing. The store had treasures at every turn and the prices are unbeatable! We stayed for a whole hour and we still didn't make it the whole way through the store. The selection was just top tier! Everything was clean and well organized and laid out very well. At 5pm, when they were closing, I got my grandma to get to the counter to check out and the staff (I think they were the owners?) were beyond nice and I apologized for keeping them and they were so sweet about it! I just loved it so much! I went to a goodwill nearby and I will pick Needful Things Thrift a million times over before I support goodwill again.

I've been in this store 3 separate times, trying to give them a chance, I seriously think the people that price this stuff forget that it's a thrift store.Walked out all 3 times with nothing. Way OVER PRICED!!!

Rude customer service. Went to purchase something that that had out and marked for sale. The one lady came up super nice asked if we needed help, then the other lady I am assuming manager or owner came up took the item from me "said did they look up what it's worth" to the first lady she said "I don't know" she preceeded to look up the value and saw it was worth a lot more than it was being sold for and all of a sudden stated "I can't sell this item at this time!" She scolded the first lady and said "everything has to be ran past her first before going out" and the lady stated "I didn't know it was put till now." What bad sakes practice. Would not recommend this place to anyone!---Since I can't add a reply to your response- for 1 it was an Elvis collector bottle but this review was about the customer service not the product. The way you spoke to us, your body language, how your treated and spoke/scolded your coworker in front of customers is not ok. That is not how business owners or managers should act or hold themselves. Again bad business even the way you responded to this review proves your poor choice of reactions to customers.

THEY have moved from the 27th avenue storage area where they were to a bigger store near the Ocala Police department on pine avenue in the big shopping plaza there......Amanda is AWESOME??✌️?VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.?✌️??

Post on Facebook Market place, I never received a response to say they are closed on Mondays when I asked if I could pick up in morning if it was still available. So I drove 40 mile RT. They were closed. I kindly responded to conversation( that no one still responded to) that it would have been nice to tell me they were closed Mondays. So Tuesday I drove down. 40 mile RT again to find sold. Definitely NOT a way to do business. Not monitoring ad and have people show up at your store. To do MORE shopping?! never will I go there. It was a scam.

This store has by far the most reasonable prices in the area. They are very kind and want to make their customers happy. They help their community in many ways and are always looking to see what local estate sale companies have to make their customers happy. I enjoy shopping their stores and there’s always new items coming in every week.

I went here to check it out. Some clothing is really overpriced but other things are fair. I asked if she could hold a few items for 2 days because I realized I didn't have enough money on me and she said no they couldn't. They were closed on Monday and then I went home and realized I had grabbed a queen set instead of a king so I went back. She said she couldn't take it back because it wouldn't be new anymore. I won't be going g back there. I just believe if you want business you should at least work w customers.word of mouth is everything
