I have not flown in a plane for over 20 years so I was not aware of the new ways of doing business with car rentals from the airport after one's flight arrived after midnight. Wow. I discovered I had to speak to someone from Alamo in order seek guidance. I was not aware I had registered for the Emerald program so that had made a difference. I was finally able to leave the airport after over four hours from the time my flight had arrived due to the baggage claims office being closed. Not good.

This manager has 0 customer service skills. I have obviously been through a tough time, my wallet was stolen, then I get into a car accident, I reserved a vehicle and she tells me that I had to have my physical driver's license. I had a copy and everything. Okay - I understand it is the policy, but she didn't try to help me or work with me one bit!! She was shaking her head no before I even finished asking my question, and then I asked if I ordered my replacement online, right in front of her and give her my confirmation code and the copy of my license would it suffice, and she is shaking her head the whole time I'm talking like she didn't even want to hear what i had to say! People like that really burn me, if I'm in the customer service business, my job is to serve my customer - I should know it's my specialty and what I do for a living! She could have even at least offered me options, if I went to the dmv the next day and got my license would I be able to pick the car up? SOMETHING! But she didn't offer one bit of help or do anything that her job title stands for. Absolutely sad when human beings don't want to help other human beings! She actually had the audacity to tell me to call an uber - okay, but I just spent almost $500 to get a car and I can't get any help or even get a refund! How sad our species has become! And, btw, I'm seeing a ton of horrible reviews. I guess I should have checked that before reserving a vehicle with them!

This location is a very bad location. Customer service is a joke. They ignore customers and treat them with disrespect. This is not the first time I pick up or drop off a car from this location. I have been customer for years with national but not anymore. If you drop off your rental in this location stay with your car until you get the final bill otherwise they will add extra charges if you just drop off the keys and leave.

Reserved online only to be told there were no cars available when I arrived for pick up. No accommodations, nothing. Other car rental places were honest on their websites letting me know there was no availability. National showed plenty of available cars. Terrible business practice - will not use them again.

National car rental is trying to charge me $1826.70 for damage that I did not do. The vehicle in question and the vehicle demonstrated no signs of damage other than more than normal wear and tear for a car that had 27,230 rental miles. I was told the damage was in the under the front bumper in the middle by the spooler. This area is only visible if you kneel down and look under the car. A coworker of mine also looked at the alleged damage and stated that the overall condition of the car was poor and that he did not see any damage in that area. I have photos that show that there is no damage visable.

When I went pick-up my retail car, all they have was high mileage cars with damage. The cars are also dirty. The customer service manager is also horrible. They charged my credit card twice. I called them to complain, but the person that could help was not there and would call me back. They never called.

A picture was also included of a panel was removed for inspection and was not part of the alleged damage. They were also replacing parts that were not damaged, Grill ect. I have tried to resolve this, but have been unsuccessful.

Rented a car at Tampa Airport, we had just arrived on a flight at 4:30 am so we were all very tired. Halfway up to Ocala I stared noticing that my car was really beated up. Next day i went to National rental car at the Ocala Airport and no questions were asked. They kindly changed my car and gave me a much nicer car. They were all very kind and generous
