We go into Murphy's at least twice a week to get cigarettes. For the past 2 weeks they have been out of the Marlboro Ultralight's 72. I even went on Thursday's since I was told the truck comes in on Wednesday and still no cigarettes. I have brought it to their attention only to be told to bad come back later maybe we will have some in.. I noticed they have all kinds of Marlboro's just not the ones we want.

It's horrible as it is to have a bad urinary problem so when you go to a gas station you think that you can use the restroom I asked the clerk if I can go to the bathroom and he said that the bathrooms were closed I pleaded this is an emergency because I don't have control. He still answered me they are closed I am not a man where I can go to the back of a building and relieve myself. I just really wish that people had more of a heart with the magical condition that I have.

I'm from out of town visiting my sister and we went in the store at 10:30pm on Wednesday evening. The store was very clean, had a freshly cleaned smell and received excellent customer service from an employee named Cam. He has a very good personality, will joke and conversate with you and makes you feel comfortable. Great job Cam keep up the great work.

Bad station. Pumps are always broken. Today, authorized my card and pumps would not flow. This station needs an overhaul from top to bottom.

Tried to return three sleeves of tobacco with my receipt and original sales bag and the same attendant kept giving me the run around about the supervisor being on vacation but he knew how to do the return. So, why not contact the store manager. Promised to text me with an answer. That didn't happen. I went back to this store three times. Same results. Horrible!

Absolutely horrible customer service was yelled at and berated by employee Deborah with an extreme attitude doesn’t want to be there and shows it to everyone of her customers woman was yelling at me as I was walking out the door telling me to call Murphy’s that she doesn’t care people like this should not be employed hopefully the store will lose moneyDue to piss poor attitude of their employe You don’t sit there and tell stories about your personal life while there’s 10 people standing in the store online you take care of your customers not your personal issues.

Really upset! You need to post on your oum pumps that you are putting $100 hold on all transactions completed at the pump! Also, your pumps are compromised. Not 8 minutes after we used it to charge $23.00 of gas, someone in Utah charged $80.00 on our account. I've already alerted everyone in our community to your actions, and filed a complaint.

Murphy Gas is very customer service oriented. Competitive prices and fast easy service.
