It gets a single star purely for the fact that the chicken and sides were good enough. Placed my order online, got to the restaurant a couple minutes before my order was supposed to be ready...waited...and waited...and waited. While waiting, I was entertained by the arguing of the workers behind the counter and in the back. Yelling and swearing at each other and not paying one minute of attention to the people standing there waiting on orders that have already been placed or waiting to place an order, and ignoring the drive through almost entirely! Do you think this behavior changed when asked by a customer "how much longer til their order was ready"?! Nope. Not at all. The workers told the customer "it'd be ready when it was ready" then abruptly walked away and went back to arguing with another worker (most of the arguing wasn't even work related stuff). So back to the waiting...and waiting...and waiting. Oh and did I mention that they didn't have any spicy chicken ready? Cause they didn't; and I placed my order at 5pm for a pick up of 530pm, so you'd think they'd have chicken ready for the dinner crowd. So yeah, the waiting...57 minutes past my pick up time and finally got my order, only to be served up an attitude by a worker when I asked for a couple of extra sauces; so I asked to speak with the manager because of the workers attitude and, be surprised, the manager gave me an even bigger attitude and said I "could give the food back if I didn't like the wait"!!! I'm done with this place. First and definitely the last time I will come here. I'm from outta town and was looking for something quick and easy to have for dinner for my family and I, only to have this turn into a lengthy ordeal full of unnecessary attitude for a service I paid for. Get your act together Popeyes: you're loosing business at this location because of the workers that are there.UPDATE: they didn't even give me my full order!UPDATE: after reaching out to Popeyes corporate, they sincerely apologized for what happened at this location and said they would address these issues directly with this location. They also reimbursed me for my order, without me asking! Popeyes made it right, but it'll be awhile before I head back to this location.

Very rude young lady that couldn't even scan my cash app bar ode to reload my card. The owner said it needed a key turn for approval. I went around the corner to the other gas station and they literally did it in less than 2 min!
