I did call. And the customer service was amazing the young lady on the phone I believe her name was Beth. I could be mistaken I hope I'm not but she was very polite and she researched my policy to check and see if something was covered and it was and so I'm just grateful and thankful that she was there when I called and she told me she would call me back and she did. So I'm going to highly recommend this Allstate office.
