This location is very unhelpful, I have a high security on my account and I went to the store to get my high security removed and they are charging me and my mother is in New York and she needs a phone. I need somebody from the higher up to contact me so this can resolve. I'm highly upset because I cannot get into my account. I am paying on a account and u can't even help me access it. I already know there is no more corporate but u can override this in the store. But no one chooses to do so. This is very ridiculous and very unprofessional.Thank u for helping me fix my problem. I appreciate it so much

This location and the people who work here are great. The one closer to me that I use to go to are so horrible I would not recommend going anywhere near them. These guys are soooo helpful and wonderful. They try to show you how to save money anywhere you can. Thanks guys for your great customer service.

Ok where to start?! Barbara is an absolute angel and helped me out so much with getting my daughter her own phone line and hooked us up with free tablets which was totally unexpected! And also helped me with getting internet with T-Mobile which was sooo easy and affordable! She was such a funny nice and real person and not pushy or giving a sales pitch I loved my visit to this store! I definitely recommend this location for any phone related needs !

I came in and needed assistance with my talkback accessibility option and no one has not been able to help me with this and I came in to this location and was assistance by Barbara and she was actually able to get the function working ! She is amazing 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this store awesome customer service
