? I AM OUTRAGED. WITH METRO PCS WITH TMOBILE AND SMARTPAY. Kayley, the store employee on s. Pine said they had a deal for me. A14 phone, a tablet with screen savers. Since I've left the store SMARTPAY with Metro PCs. has harassed me, threatened me, and claims I owe $79. For screen protectors, $119. For a tablet that was supposed to be free after 3 months of service, my total over $500. according to SmartPay. Metro says I owe $.00. But they are the ones that sent over the charges to smartpay. They said to disregard them. I did not see or sign a contract with SMARTPAY but they attempted to get $$ out of my bank account. Now their threatening they're sending it to collections agency's to wreck my credit or collecting my phone/tablet!

The lady was very helpful and informative. Problem was finally taken care of. Customer service at 611 couldn't fix situation in 5 months, but in store, fixed in 10 minutes or less.
