We love Meadowbrook Church. Wonderful music and Pastor Tim Gilligan's teaching is phenomenal. There is something for all ages. My granddaughter attends kindergarten there. Just a wonderful place.

above average service with great musicians, pastor Jim or Tim i do not remember does a great job keeping everyone's attention by having everyone repeat what he just said.On a side note, do not bring in a younger child that may make noise, as the pastor in our experience kept asking about an annoying noise he could hear. Yea its a toy so our daughter won't be a bother, it was not that distracting, however he continued to practically embarrass us at least 3 times asking about what this noise was, a rattler....it was a rattler that in my opinion was not that loud....better than her crying and whining.we approached the pastor earlier in the year after a service to ask him about child christenings and we were approached by his mall cops security staff that we could ask the service desk this question even though he was talking to other people. pastor is entitled, Meh watch online

Big church with wonderful worship to help get into the spirit. Pastor Tim focuses on serving. He has a great message delivery; lighthearted, funny, serious, direct; all from the Bible, with love. No mention of Bible prophecy though, or of Israel, or that we must pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

The best church I have ever attended. Pastor Tim has a God given gift for teaching the Word. Yes, it's big, but there is a reason for that. God is all over this church.

Very friendly from the moment you pull into the parking lot. Meadowbrook has all the modern touches (coffee room, 3 large screens to see the minister…). Sermon was very good, I liked the way the minister made it fun and current.

We are new to Ocala from Indiana. Looked for a place to worship with my family for 3 months. Meadowbrook has been God sent. I grew up in church, daughter of a pastor, worship leader, and I was just looking for a place my children and my husband and I would be feed the word in a way that was not so “theological.” Meaning receiving the word in a way that was not so fancy and in a more easier way to understand. On the first Sunday we visited we were welcomed with open arms, and my children could not stop talking about the way pastor brought the message. “Mom! The message was so good! It was what we needed to hear and it was easy to understand.” Thank you pastor and Meadowbrook church for welcoming us to the family. We pray we are a blessing to you all as you have already been to us.

I asked for assistance getting there and the obviously non-christian receptionist said "We don't have a program for that.".. The obvious and normal response should have been to see if there is someone that lives near me and wants to ride share and give them my number. Christians solve problems. Non-christians support the continuing of problems, or, create new problems. Did Jesus tell the blind man "Sorry, don't have a program for that". Will Jesus tell the receptionist, when she is trying to get into heaven with her sin unrepented, "Sorry, don't have a program for that"?. I suppose we will find out eventually. Heaven is the place where there is no sin. Jesus is our maker so he can repair us so we can fit into heaven where there is no sin, if we accept that repair. He won't force it on us, but without repair we cannot fit into heaven where there is no sin. If there were sin there then it would not be heaven. No one will lie to you in heaven. No one will be involved in sex outside of marriage in heaven. Go ahead, mock the Lord by saying, Oh we don't "have a program" to help his people carry out his Word which says for us to gather ourselves together ...see how far that gets YOU. It doesn't take a program. ... It just takes a Christian.

Meadowbrook Church provides an atmosphere of the Love of God which is highlighted by the clear and precise teaching of the pastor, Tim Gilligan.
It should be noted that Pastor Tim and Pastor Alicia , established this church in Ocala 30 years ago, starting with a small congregation meeting in a warehouse building. As a result of the teaching of the word and specific groups the church grew rapidly. It is now the main worship center and Scripture teaching center in Ocala for many members and attendees.
I personally highly recommend anyone seeking a worship center with like believers visit Meadowbrook.

Pastor Tim Gilligan has devoted more than 30 years inviting people to discover themselves and to help people understand the Bible, Jesus, God .. and more. He is a grand messenger and this is a friendly and welcoming church. Love it.

Simply amazing! My background is: conservative Southern Baptist denomination, I feel very comfortable here. The preached word of God always lines up biblically, the music/worship time is "over the top", all the ministries lend to "there is a place for everyone", and the Spirit of the Lord abounds. God is the head of all decisions in the church.
