Stopped in the get a new bed today. Javier greeted us and asked all the right questions to help us find what we hope is the perfect mattress. He was very informative and not pushy at all. Never got the salesman vibe, and even though there were multiple families there and he was the only staff member, he was able to take care of everyone. He allowed us to try each mattress and didn’t rush us at all. He explained everything in detail and also explained all the fine print to us in the contract. He gave as many different options to help decide which was best for us. We ended up with Sealy Posturepedic plus hybrid with a tempur-ergo adjustable base. So far we couldn’t be happier and we look forward to updating the review once we receive the bed and try it out for a couple months.

I called Mattress Firm direct after having some exhaustive run-around-the bush stops at two other furniture stores looking at Tempur-pedic mattress and foundations. Julio F. made me more confident of my purchase and choice. He covered all my questions clearly and was there to help immediately with website help during invoice processing. The experience in the store was very good. The products were available and was able to schedule delivery within 2 days from purchase. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the third bed I purchased from this store in 6 months. I must like the products and services.

This was the third time we were in mattress firm and it's true what they say, 3rd times a charm. The knowledgeable and helpful man didn't over do it and he made it effortless to do business with him.

I don’t usually leave reviews because I’m too lazy, but I can’t continue life without giving a shout out to JASON! He was so awesome and personable and very knowledgeable. We recently moved to a new house and I’m 6 months pregnant and he made sure we got the best price possible on a tempur pedic mattress and pillows!!! I will recommend anyone to Mattress Firm, especially to Jason specifically if you are in the ocala area. Love this store and Jason!

Wonderful and delightful experience at smatters Firm. I absolutely loved our sales person, who was recommended by another Mattress Firm salesman. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, but very informed. I could tell straight away, he knew his mattresses. I’m impressed and that doesn’t happen often. Thanks ?
