At Marshalls in Ocala,fl.
Stoped and searched while leaving. Being told the sensor went off when we left. Um! no it didn’t.. cashier approached us outside asked us to come back in. I happily hand over items and quietly followed her to register. she scans items two packs of underwear. Mind you the underwear didn’t even have sensors.
My Issue Is this. When we (my husband an active duty veteran) on Veterans Day walked Into the store the sensor was malfunctioning. Going off when customers walked Into the store.
Check your sensors NOT ME.
I have never stolen anything in my life. And don’t plan on it anytime soon.

Just went to grab something from the lock cabinet for the eyepatches. First of all I waited for almost 10 minutes even when I asked someone to please open it for me. I had to go find someone on the other side of the store to unlock it . When I was at the register I told the guy that there is an eyepatch that was saved for me behind the register. The guy then said WHAT? I then pointed the item to him. He was very rude. When I paid for the item he then grabbed it and was looking at the packaging. I was already paid for the item. Overall it was a terrible experience. People were rude. I totally get working in retail but com on! They didn’t have to be that rude.

Men’s department doesn’t have any variety. Most of the store is women’s clothes and the men’s department is corner. Waste of my time hopefully one day they get a better selection of clothes. Tbh it would be my last option.

Nice staff but beware, the return period for full refund is only 30 days. Apparently, it prints out on the receipt after you make the purchase.
