I arrived 5 minutes before closing, although I understand we all have places to go but if the hours online says 12:00 I expect to have until that time to shop. I was rushed and was given the incorrect Item , they allowed me to go back in - that’s why it went from 2 to 3 stars. It was a cute shop on the inside though - wish I had a better experience.

The guy there today was rude un professional and nasty comments towards a lady buying items. I walked personally will not buy off some like that. November 7 2025 about 5pm.

Soon as I walked in I felt the love great customer service, great vibe and the energy was top tier. Even pops was cool, I definitely recommend to anybody in the Ocala area to shop here. I’m definitely coming back

Went into this place and was literally immediately judged and ridiculed while the man ignored a person who he was checking out to hurry up and keep ridiculing me for the way that I spoke and talked with my hands, he used the terms “stupid, retarded, redneck” and made me feel ashamed for the way I spoke just asking for where something was, super unporofessional and to use derogatory terms coming from him and the “ghetto” area we were in. I’d say he has nothing much that he should have said other than thank you for your business have a nice day and stay safe, as I had approached the day the tropical storm rolled through. So rude for someone who should even be greatful to have a job and work in America as he was clearly not even American but was quick to juddge me through the door as someone of color myself and Spanish decent. So rude.
