I did however have a pleasant experience with Candace (I believe is her name) Twice she attended me and was very friendly. Much appreciated. I know these Amazon returns must be exhausting!”
“Walter, Donald and the rest of the team have provided great service to my company and me for years! We have our regular business mail delivered there, including parcels of all shapes and sizes, and have bought postage stamps and standard boxes. In addition to the routine transactions, PakMail has also made custom-sized boxes and crates for a very reasonable price and, on the larger side, we use PakMail for shipping and receivng pallets 2-3 times a year. The service could not be better and the price is a great value!”

11100 SW 93rd Ct Rd #10, Ocala“I have used this UPS store since moving to Ocala 4 years ago. Just like the population of SW Ocala has grown geometrically since then so has the amount of people using this store. Having just read the reviews to the people who are complaining about the wait go to the USPS post office on 60th and you will wait just as long or longer and they only have two window persons working and sometimes one if one is taken away for a passport appointment. I use this UPS store for both for Amazon Returns and Mailing 95% of my parcels and it was an Amazon Return that is the basis of this review. I went in one day for an Amazon Return and to mail a box to my daughter. Of course, they were busy and the window person I got looked new (I average being in there once a week so I can recognize a new face). She checked in the Amazon Return and took care of the separate parcel. Something seemed off and so when I was handed my receipt, and I only saw one item on it, and I asked are they both here and she said yes. In retrospect I should stopped everything right then and made her show and explain it to me. I stapled the receipt to the extra printed copy of the Amazon Return and left. A couple of days later when I had not received confirmation of Amazon return, I checked with Amazon on their 800 # and they had no record of the return, so I grabbed my paperwork and headed back out to the UPS Store. It is that interaction that is the basis of this review. The person I drew I had seen in the store before, but I had no memorable interactions with her. Just as an FYI I had another bad interaction with a UPS store up north on the return of a phone and because I did not keep my paperwork it cost me $300.00. So, I admit I went in with a little bit of attitude and I was not going to let it happen again for this $70.00 return from Amazon. Well “Kathy” did not take kindly when I mentioned using the stores cameras and calling the Sheriff’s Department for either civil or criminal ligation. So, we did not exactly hit it off. What I will say about “Kathy” she looked into the issue thoroughly (although it was probably to prove me wrong – but I do not care why she did it. I care that she did it) She found the defective item in an Amazon Box marked to be returned and showed it to me. However more importantly got into their computer system and found I had they given me the wrong paper receipt (she printed up the right one for future use with Amazon should I need it) and found several other errors which most likely resulted in the issue with the Amazon computer System. She tracked the package I paid to send and showed me that too. Bottom line if you have an issue with a package “Kathy” is the one you want to talk to. The Store owner was there but “Kathy” seemed to know a lot more about their computer system and the store procedures then he did. As a result, they have to get 5 stars on this interaction.”
