I called to make Lowe's aware of a scam. The manager (assistant) on duty was very belligerent and said that it was up to me to report the scammers to the home office. I had all of the information, pictures of fake delivery messages (I didn't order anything). He didn't care.
The door tag is dated incorrect, it was placed in our mailbox yesterday (03/16/25), it's dated '24. Not to mention that they came to our door and we told them that they had the WRONG ADDRESS TWICE IN ONE WEEK !
I called back to find out who I spoke with, it was either Brian or Ryan according to the girl answering the phone

Unfortunately the plumbing area is poorly managed and stocked. Nothing was in order, some items weren’t displayed, other items were in boxes 8’ up but not in bins. Items were in the wrong boxes as well. Significant room for improvement.

Special shout out to Bob in gardening. Very pleasant to work with and a great help. My wife and I purchasesd an item on display and he made sure that everything was in working order. Helped load it. A pleasant experience . Bob is a true asset to Lowe's and your location!!
