My shopping experience was fine but when I went to check out in the garden section I requested cash back of $40.oo the register didn't have enough and the cashier called management for cash 4 times over 40 minutes while I was left standing there and when management did show up, no apologies for the inconvenience, Horrible Customer Service!

My last comment I deleted is same issue! Not shopping at this store again.
Went in to buy a chainsaw and palm sander. Both items listed in stock at Lowes Silver Springs Ocala. Went in had neither or anything remotely close!!
Pathetic store!! Went to Ocala Home Depot and filled my cart with products, both in stock! Never again Lowes Silver Springs!

When delivering my refrigerator the installers damaged the door. Accidents happen and they assured me Lowe’s would make it right. I was alright with that, however 2 months later and I still not resolved. Several calls and trips to the store talking with sales person and management and I keep being told, “we will call you back” and….they don’t call back. Looks like I may have to start shopping with Home Depot.

I purchased weed killer , at Home Depot too. Everything being equal, SAME exact ingredients that were in both products did not warrant double the price at a Home Depot . I'm not trashing Home Depot.
Next time I will do my due diligence & compare products. Both stores have hard working employees that deserve appreciation .

It was a Great Experience and I got help right away and everyone when I was leaving I noticed a wood box with the military different departments very nice and putbeautiful and walking out it so hot today they had a water cooler for people to take care of the people love that you so much ❤️

Refused to take cash as their self checkouts couldn't process it. Highly unhelpful employees who rather run away than assist anyone. Lady at self checkout didnt want to open a register and sent me to Customer Service who refused to assist me and tried sending me back to self checkout. Not sure how long that loop would have went on.
