The effort you have to put it in to be so poor customer service is shocking.
I was at self check out because frankly that’s mostly what you have, and your attendant and elderly woman ….. She completely ignored me and even though I stood there forever she just never came so I had to leave my cart and go about my day. I will never come back to this horrific store.
Do better!

Always an awful experience, employees too busy talking between themselves or hiding from helping or doing their job. Especially bad in lumber and paint aisles. Won't go back to this particular lowes unless absolutely necessary. Oh and by the way, they don't do curbside even if that's your pickup method and you are handicap. They left us on a curbside order with a whole load of lumber, when told them we ordered curbside because my wife is handicap and I can't load the 3/4 cdx plywood myself we had to wait an hour for assistance. Never again. All I can say is lazy and juvenile for this location.

Women's restroom dont have locks on the doors. Out of the 3 stalls, only one has a door lock. So anyone can come in and swing the door open on you, and most likely hit you with it, because of its proximity to the toilet.

We had a gard time getting help or finding an associate for help. Plus, the cashier didn't give my husband a discount for being a Veteran

Has just about anything you could need for the home. However when you buy their insurance on a major appliance the insurance company is not customer friendly. Voice mail jails and it's almost impossible to speak with a live person.

I went into Lowe’s going to spend hundreds of dollars like I always do. I stood out in the garden section cashier line this time. There was two people checking someone out. I was amazed because the one lady who is always out. There is nice, but she’s extremely slow, so I tried to avoid her to the other line. Waited at least 10 minutes while this other checker lady had to keep asking questions to the other lady how to do her job finally, we got past that. I started to move up as soon as I walked up, she walked around me and said I am not here ! I said what do you mean you’re not here and she just kept walking I stood there that whole time for nothing and then there was a huge line on the other one which hadn’t moved yet so I went back inside with my big cart full of stuff I had at that end for a reason. Now I’m tucking all the way back through the entire store. There is only one checker at this point in the entire store working the rest of it is on you the self checkers well I don’t work at Lowe’s. I don’t wanna do the check out so I have no choice at this point , I had some pavers sticker on them so I knew that was gonna be a problem like it always is. Nobody can ever find the price.This was my last visit, i will never shop at lowes anymore. To many times! Im going to buy online elsewhere. I refuse to be ignored and treated like i was. Lowes on 200 in ocala has Horrible service. Not worth it. Ive been saying it but this was the last straw. I have never seen such unprofessionalism and 60 years of life. Ridiculous. She had shoulder length brown hair horn rims and likley in her 60s name started with a - J. It was mid day. The best part was the whole time I was waiting at the self checker after being treated like a redheaded stepchild was there she was standing there doing nothing next to another lady that works there. It wasn’t like she had anything else to do last visit ever I refuse to ever step foot back in that store.

Call never can get through have sat on hold for over 30 minutes, if you get through you get the run around and will call back but they never call back,

My dog is really great, knows how to be around people. He's a service dog. It was a strange attitude at this lowes about everything. People didn't know the lock codes, didn't know about their tools in their departments. The self check out is a gargantuan waste of time. The check out girl refused to add drywall to my order and told me I had to check out or go to a different register, with the drywall. I got a manager who took care of that. Prices were wrong on my grinder blade due to stocking issues, wasted so much time trying to get what I wanted and leave. That delayed the rest of my day and had me stuck in rush hour, which I should've avoided. Ridiculous waste of time. Train your people and get rid of the self check out bullshit

Bad service in the area where returns are made. It is not the store's rules, it is the employees who give poor service.

Horrible experience. Waited for 42 minutes in the appliance section while “Jennifer” socialized. After being waited on, she became very rude and unprofessional about receiving my Lowe’s discount utilizing my credit card. This rudeness was witnessed by another associate as well as another customer whom was also waiting for assistance. Spoke with the lead in appliances and she assured me she would “handle the situation” after I was told by “Jennifer” how to pronounce her name and and also asked if I needed a pen to write it down so that I could remember it. Will ABSOLUTELY never utilize this store again.
