It was my wife, as stated. Pretending I am an ex employee means you can attempt to remove this review.
Own it and do better.
Took money down, didn't produce any art work. Over a month went byband they showed us something a 3rd grader woyld be proud of and then refused a refund.
After a wrestling match we got SOME of our money back.
True story.
Response: That's a perfect, defensive, response from the company. However, it is obvious that my name is not "Big daddy"...
This was my wife and it was for her car. Because we don't shop around we paid, what was quoted, in full upon agreement. It was, about, 650.00 for a logo on her car, not a big job. After a month of, what I can assume, was disinterest due to the small job she was handed a quickly made, hilarious, joke and treated poorly. You then refused to refund our money.
I think we got 200.00 back but this review, although late, is worth it to me. I had to ignore it for a minute because I was, understandably, over upset how my wife was treated.
Seeing your van reminded me the other day.
There is a picture of what we were handed. 2019 charger btw brother and definitely not a fake account.

These folks nailed it! I brought my bike in for a wrap and I was warned first thing that they normally do not do motorcycle wraps because something always goes wrong. They took a chance and unfortunately, something went wrong. No fault of anyone, just one of those things that happen. However, they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The end result was 100% what I had envisioned. Absolute perfection. If things don't work out on the first try (99% of the time it will) rest assured that you will be taken care of. They will make it right. Huge thank you to everyone, from the front desk all the way up. Wonderful people to work with!

Highly recommend Dennis, Greg, and the rest of the team at Loco graphics. We had one of our first fleet vehicles wrapped by Loco and was really pleased with the quality of the wrap job. At the time about 8 years ago, we were a little disappointed by what we felt were delays in communication mostly on the design side. Some of that was our initial indecisiveness but we felt that maybe there was a better solution. After having 3 other wraps done by 3 different other companies with two of them being decent work and one of them a complete disaster, we decided to give Loco Graphics another shot as they had the best quality wrap job of the four by far and we figured maybe the communication would be improved, and it was a night and day difference. Not only have the wraps on the last 11 vehicles been the same top notch quality that we had experienced, but the communication was equal to the product. You can tell they have been working to build a quality all around team. They care about the customer experience and a premium product.

Loco has tackled two projects for my marketing clients thus far and I would ONLY recommend them for anyone else. They are incredible. Graphics are gorgeous, flawless. They are punctual and accommodating beyond what you would expect. I will be referring all my clients to them when it comes to signage, graphics, etc.

Called to get qoute for a banner on my car wind shield. Got told guy couldnt qoute me and then called me back with a qoute over double the price of icandy who ive always used on baseline but there closed for 2 weeks. Icandy was 70 dollars. This guy comes back with a shop minimum of 150 to put a banner on that literally takes 10 minutes to prep and install. God i cant believe this place has gone down hill i wouldnt do business ever again and i was one of there first back when they were first opened there doors. Known owner hauled trailer for him once dennis. This just blows my mind. Rant over. Long story short look else wheres they must be to busy or short staffed these days.

Loco Graphics did an outstanding job on my 2019 ZL1. They have a very friendly staff as well. They took off an old wrap and applied a new wrap. Dennis and Anthony were very helpful in explaining the process and taking care of my car. The new wrap came out beautiful. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely do business with them again.
