The Agent was very professional and patient. Made evey effort to make sure we got information in a timely manner, and that made the whole process less challenging. Made it her priority to give us much needed advice, which helped us in our decision making process. We are very thankful for all the attention and good care taken of us, during this long process of trying to find the home, that was best for our family's needs. I live in the state of Virginia and inherited my parents home in Ocala Fl. in January 2017 when my father passed.I started clearing the house in Apr 2019. The 1st agent I worked with was very inexperienced to the point of giving me a coupon so I could call someone in Ocala, from VA to clean the carpets. I had to make arrangements from VA to have deliveries made and contractors to work according to her schedule. I sent the 2nd agent the keys to the house. She had someone go in to look at it. After the viewing, she said her supervisor refused to work with me because she only did high end homes. It took them 3 week to return my keys.Then my realtor in VA connected me with Ms Bright in Dec 2021.I explained the bad experiences I had with the other realtors. She promised she would not treat me as such and would stick with and advocate for me until the house (tied down, brick enclosed, double wide mobile home, with a built on extension, making it triple wide) was sold. She did. She had people come in to clean & keep the outside of the property presentable.She managed the following projects. 1. Updating of the mobile homes tie down, to the current code 2.Painting of the entire inside of the home. Including shopping for paint. 3. Repair of kitchen floor due to refrigerator leak. 4.Replacement of the kitchen and bathroom flooring. 4. Removal of carpet throughout the house. 5. Shopped & priced laminate flooring throughout the house except for the kitchen and bathrooms. 6. Contacted several contractors to get the best price for quality work. 7. Acted as overseer throughout each project. 8.When the lenders of potential buyers classified the property incorrectly, she researched to get the correct information for the title company. Worked with the title co. in resolving the correct classification of the property with DMV(since the mobile home was tied down it was reclassed as real property and not as a vehicle).With these and other obstacles, She advocated for me when some potential buyers tried to undervalue the worth of the property. I was not able to be in Ocala for all of this. I made about 3 short trips between 12/21 - 06/22. MS. Bright continually assured me she would not quit on me. She did not.The house sold January 26, 2023. I could not have weathered the many obstacles that occurred throughout this process without the dedication and perseverance of Ms. Bright.I thank God for her.

We wanted to buy a house in Ocala, FL, but we were out-of-state and wondered how to connect with a realtor we could trust. Something led me to contact Marcia Bright and I am so glad I did. From our first conversation, Marcia was so willing to help us navigate the very active Ocala market, especially at our price point. Upon our request, she connected us with a great local lender who really helped us with the pre-approval process. She worked extremely hard to ensure we had adequate number of homes to look at. One thing I really liked about Marcia was that she was not at all pushy. She allowed us to drive, being the guide on the side. Within the space of a weekend, we ended up with a beautiful home for a great price. I would absolutely recommend Marcia as a realtor to anyone looking to buy in Ocala, especially if you're coming from out of state. She is professional, organized, calm, and has a great personality. She is very knowledgeable about the Ocala market and has connections to local services that are very helpful to the home-buying process.

Marcia was a God sent! I can't begin to explain and express my gratitude as to how particular and the attention to detail, in how she executed in finding my home. Marcia Bright provided excellent and professional service. After my husband and I moved to another state, leaving our home in her care, she treated our home as if it was her home. Even when it came doing extra ordinary things, such as opening the umbrella, moving furniture around to make the house look beautiful, she did it. When it came to the weather changing, she would go over and cover the patio furniture to keep it from damaging. Now we were approaching closing, everyone knows stuff happens when it comes to closing, OMG, she was incredible, she would spending her entire day making sure the house met inspection requirement. The phones call she would make, plus calling me, again OMG. We have sold many home, We've never had a Realtor that worked so hard that would compare to her obligation and standards. I wish she could be our Realtor in another state. If we ever move back to Florida, I am going to search for her. May God continue to bless you Marcia. Pat and David G
