This was my first time using this lab. I arrived 22 minutes early for a scheduled appointment because you never know what traffic will be like in and around Ocala. I checked-in using my phone and about 2 minutes later I got a text stating the technician was ready for me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. This lab was quick, efficient, and the technicians friendly and professional.

The directions to labcorp, off College Rd., were fine. As a walk-in for an employment drug test, I had to wait about 25 minutes. The lab technician was friendly and thorough. The facility seemed clean and was operated professionally. It is recommended to set up an appointment to avoid waiting an extended period.

On Monday, August 1st, my family and I had some tests done at this laboratory. The very professional girls who behaved there turned out that days after I received the results of 3 tests that they were supposed to do on me, they magically lost one, it doesn't exist, they didn't do it that easily, they play with people, thank goodness it was mine and not my little daughter's because if the test has to be done again due to their negligence, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

This was the nicest, most well organized, and friendliest Labcorp I've been to in awhile! I will drive 25 minutes from my home just to go to this stress-free location.

Poor customer interface, rude employee at front desk, don't for see using this location again. Had an appointment, waited 10 min past appointment time and inquired why everyone arriving after me was being seen immediately and the woman receptionist rudely said we have called you multiple times. I was sitting adjacent to the reception desk and no one ever called me. Total disrespect.

I have been there twice, the service is fast and excellent and they help with everything.
With the change of staff it has improved a lot.

I love using the word quintessential professional when I come across someone who deserves it, and Taylor, the young lady who fits the description in every sense of the word deserves it. We arrived early and as we watched how she worked, we were amazed. The waiting room was rather busy, and we noticed that she along with her colleague cleared that waiting room with speed and accuracy. Even though we arrived early we were able to get in before our time and then we had a chance to meet Taylor personally. She is efficient, knowledgeable, kind and caring and even though she worked that waiting room like a conductor at a symphony so that everything was smooth and flowing, it was an even better experience once we met her. I made mention to some people in the waiting room that it's rare today to see someone her age with such strong work ethics, and they agreed. From the waiting room she appeared all business with a smile and it was 1,2,3, but when we were called into a room, it was like the most compassionate, and genuinely caring phlebotomist we had ever met. I had some questions about the labs being taken and she was so kind to take the time to answer them. My husband has had many years of hospitals, and clinics, and I have to say that again, Taylor's painless technique, and instructions that she shared and her demeanor just dictate QUINTESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL. We know all about the protocols that are supposed to be followed, and in our travels we've seen how a lack of ethics will totally turn the page on that issue, with some, but as I studied Taylor, I knew that this young lady needs to be a trainer....she pays attention to detail and it is so comforting. God bless Taylor and her precious family with good health, safety, and unimaginable success! Thank you for being the best of the best.

This particular lab location went well. The staff quickly took care of the people in the waiting room in a fast and timely manner. Unlike other labs I've been too. Consider them for your lab needs.

I want to thank the attention that I received at this place. I was attended by an African-American lady, an excellent person. I appreciate her attention and her help when filling out the application and I would like to emphasize that she has an excellent hand. I didn't even feel when she gave me the prick to draw blood.

We waited more than 2 1/2 hours fir someone to attend to us. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable.
