We use Kohl's to return our Amazon packages. I haven't shoppe# at Kohl's in a long time since they messed up my charge account and refuse to straighten it out without sending in multiple sheets of unnecessary sheets of documents to prove who I am. It's not worth the time or effort to shop there. They lost a valuable customer by too must red tape that could have been resolved with a simple phone call.

This Kohls is always clean and things are in their place, however, the petite department is ridiculously small. Can never find more than a few items. Need a bigger department for the shorties!

We came into the store, looking for a particular activity set. We found the only one on the shelf, but it was severely damaged and may have been missing parts. That is not my issue. We left and ordered the kit online and had it shipped to our house.
Tracking showed it shipped from Ocala. Fear set in immediately that Kohl’s was shipping the damaged one we had already seen at the Ocala store. Nine days later, it arrived and sure enough it is definitely the damaged one we saw on the floor at Kohl’s in Ocala. This should have never been packaged up and sent. Someone just did not care.
Customer service was no help. They told me to return it to the store and order again. I expressed my concern that they would just simply send out this one all over again. Because they’ve already done it once clearly nobody cares. Customer service then suggested I order one from the website before returning this one. I expressed that I should not have to pay for shipping a second time nor should I have to hold the first one and the second one on my credit card at the same time. I wanted them to send one to the store, that way, I could go exchange it. I was told this was not possible. No help.

I will never come to this store again, the woman who claims to be a manager named Kim, was so rude and nasty to me. She did not make me feel welcomed, it was one of those very cold experiences will a middle aged woman that definitely reflect throughout the rest of ones day. Hope someone more cheerful can better manage this establishment.

i will never shop at Kohls in Lady Lake again. Horrible experience concerning manager. My Gift cards were showing used but instead of manager going above and beyond to assist- i was pretty much dismissed. When I got to my car and called the 800 number (as mgr suggested) the rep informed me my gift cards were FINE WITH ALL BALANCES INTACT and i was also told by rep that the manager SHOULD HAVE CALLED for me while I was in store with my $290 worth of purchases. Lazy and uninterested- not sure why she is even in charge. Negative 10.

Took my 12 yr old daughter to sephora inside this kohl's she wanted to look at everything before she picked her items and I was wandering around bored. these ladies who work there are so nasty they must've both asked me if we needed help 5 times each I was polite everytime no I'm waiting for my daughter. we proceeded to pay 100+ $ for the items she picked. we were both so so uncomfortable the whole time. this was our 1st time ever at this location and the last anytime I have visited sephora anywhere else it was a pleasant experience. I own my own business and can't imagine ever tracking/asking/watching a customer like this and then being so rude..... insane... do better
