Very dissatisfied. Have purchased so so many things from here. Bought a painting for our wall on New Year’s Eve. Extremely sick with the flu and they will hold the order for 5 days. Called to ask if they could assist as this is an extenuating circumstance; was told nothing short of “ it’s electronic it goes back nothing we can do.” It felt totally impersonal. And being in this store many times and making many purchases , after this situation ; I will be taking my business elsewhere. They would rather someone come in sick with the flu then not spread it to others ? I just don’t understand. I paid for the item already, I kindly asked to extend it a day or two so I could get out there. I didn’t ask for anything that I was thinking to be unreasonable. If there system is the reason then maybe they need a human system because this electronic one has just lost them a customer !!!!

I am always excited to go to Kirklands and browse all of the new items. It is also my go to for pillows and throws. The selection is always appealing. The furniture sales are always on my alert list.
