Terrible owner, and I refuse to spend my money here. I called K&K and shared my problem clearly with the receptionist. Receptionist had me schedule an appointment. Today I showed up and the owner was *ridiculously* rude. Raised his voice unnecessarily and talked a lot about why he couldn't help me with my problem. He suddenly got a lot nicer when I cut it off and got back in my car to leave. Came back, asked if I wanted some help, offered some suggestions. Waste of my time. I assume he doesn't want business which is fine w me --taking my dollars elsewhere.

Really excellent service! Despite being short staffed, they were able to slot me in for an alternator replacement and wrap up the entire repair in just a couple of hours. It was also significantly less expensive than I was expecting based on internet estimates. Thanks K&K!

Highly recommend K&K automotive! The owner Dennis is so knowledgeable, honest and loves what he does. We have been taking our vehicles here for years! If it's a repair needed or just an oil change he has been there for us and always takes care of us!

I had an unexpected flat tire but was able to get in here just before they closed; they were quick and professional. I kept calling and updating the owner while I was waiting (a while) for a tow and he was very helpful, making sure they had the right tire for my car and giving me good advice. Great shop!

Kear is the BEST. I took my 2015 Kia Optima in for a oil change. He took the time to inspect my car underneath. Changed the bulbs on my headlights. Very responsible pricing. So happy I found this repair shop.

I was visiting for 3 days and one of the headlight malfunctioned. Thanks to yelp found this place out. The owner was available to help out. Although he has kind of patience issues and gets agitated really easy however he did take a look promptly and replaced the light. Thankfully my lights were not HID but didn't care. I was out in 45 mins. Not recommended if the part is a specialty one. Luckily I didn't need one.

Came here recently for an annual inspection. While the shop doesn't look like the fanciest or the most polished auto repair shop you'll find, the service and prices are great! They were able to take my car pretty much right away after I got there, but try calling in before you go. They gave me a pretty good idea of what the wait was and when best to stop in. I had one of the owners take a look at my car and he got it done within 1.5 hours. Before going through with the servicing he quoted me the price to make sure I knew what I was paying for. He was chatty but also funny in his own way, which made the wait time go by faster. The receptionist was also very friendly. Didn't feel pressured in any way at all to pay for anything else or have anything else fixed or replaced, and felt like I paid an honest price for everything they did. Planning on coming back if I have any other issues in the future. They didn't have any refreshments (other than water) available for customers, at least not when I got there. Not sure how much that matters to people (I didn't care), but thought I'd mention it. The overall place isn't very big and the wait area is composed of just a few chairs in front of the reception desk. The shop is also located pretty close (10 minute walk) to the Norristown transportation center.

Friendly staff and mechanics. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, everything was quoted straightforwardly and service was performed as promised. They will give you honest opinions about your car situation when needed as well, and will not try to sell you unnecessary service and/or parts. I will come back for the next maintenance. Keep up the good work!

The lady at the front desk is WONDERFUL! She will explain everything if you don't understand it, they are very respectful and kind. Best repair place I have been to in a long time!
