It's a cozy place, and is very quiet at night. Phil is great, and he's very helpful. Prices are fair. He does not rent out single night stays but I kinda like that . Location is off the beaten path but central to the area. Grocery and convenient stores very close by

Place was clean. The water from the shower barely sprayed any water.
