I love this store. They have recently rearranged and added much more fabric. Prices reasonable with sales and coupons available on app. Besides fabrics, the crafting section has a lot to choose from as well

Goodness, what happened to this store? I haven't been here in about 4-6 months. Went today and whitenessed filthy floors, countless lights with burnt out bulbs. Low stock across the store and a good 10 roof leaks with tarps catching the water draining down toa hose into a bucket. This store has gone downhill. I won't be returning.

Only my 2nd time ever here yesterday, and a really helpful associate named Debbie showed me where everything I was shopping for is located. We talked about sales and different brands, she has a great vibe. Thanks Debbie! ?

I am an artist and a small business owners usually purchase supplies online however on this day I. really needed an item and couldn't wait on shipping so I went in to joann fabric in Ocala and the minute I walked in a white lady with an earpiece and radio started following me, I asked her where I could find the item and she pointed me in a general direction, it was my first time in the store,i couldn't locate the item so I just grabbed whatever was available this whole time I am being profiled by this woman then she asked me if I was ready to cash out, so I felt like I was being rushed out of the store since I was the only BLACK MAN in the store,i was very polite as usual and this woman was very rude and to be honest these days if you are BLACK in America you are automatically being perceived as a "thief", I would not be going back here ever in the future neither will my family or friends, and to my fellow BLCKK folks please be aware of this store.

This Jo-Ann’s must be the worst one in the nation. I ordered some Christmas bows online. Apparently, this Jo-Ann’s must have been the only in the nation with two left (Jo-Ann cancelled the remainder of the order…not that only two bows do me any good). What did the idiots that work here do with them, you ask? They crumbled them into a small shipping bag and sent them using the cheapest method possible (even though I paid extra for shipping and (mis)handling). Twenty days after placing the order, the useless destroyed bows arrived all wrinkled and crinkled with rub marks all over them. I’m going to hang them up in my storage unit as a reminder to NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM JO-ANN EVER AGAIN. The disgruntled employees that work at this location are obviously already looking for other jobs in anticipation of Jo-Ann’s pending bankruptcy. Perhaps if you showed one ounce of care about your customers, your store might have succeeded. Good riddance, Jo-Ann’s!

This use to be my favorite store but it’s gone down hill this past year. There is leaks in the ceiling all over the place that have been there for months and the solution is to have a tarp connected to a hose connected to a trash can. They constantly have boxes of merchandise just sitting out. Their yarn section is almost never restocked or organized. It’s chaotic and disorganized and not fun to shop here anymore.

I like Joann’s and shop there a lot, but this store is in need of major updates. Joanns is supposed to inspire creativity, but it has several ceiling leaks and is dingy and outdated inside.

My son had to buy a sowing machine and we had no idea what we were looking at but Barbara helped us and explained everything we needed to know. She was so helpful and friendly. I think every store needs a Barbara.
