This is the first time, I had them do a body paint repair. Excellent service and hospitality. He got my vehicle in the next day, quick service on a Saturday . He fixed the one side of the mirror and paint, but decided to do the the other one which was in excellent shape at no additional charge. The price was great, very knowledgeable, respectful with integrity and professional manner!!!! Don't hesitate to take your vehicle there for repairs and body repair!!!!!

My family and I have been using Jerry's Automotive for a couple of years now, and I keep waiting for the customer service or prices to change for the worse, but they haven't. Jerry and his mechanics are as honest and dependable as you get.
Jerry's is the place to go if you are looking for an affordable, honest, hardworking mechanic. This mechanic shop is fantastic, and the communication is excellent. We get pictures of the mechanical issues in real time, with updates on the timeline and pricing. Ocala is lucky to have this shop!

I have a 1995 f-150 that I’ve been trying to get running for over two years. I took it to multiple mechanics, no one could figure it out. I was referred to Jerry and his men by a buddy of mine, and let me tell you, these guys know what they’re doing! Got issues with your vehicle, Jerry is your guy!

Highly recommend this shop! Google only let's me give 5 stars. They went out of their way to help. I had just had minor knee surgery that morning. We broke the serpentine belt in our 2013 Buick Verano and we stranded 75 miles from home. It was late. We called Jerry and not only sent his tow truck but also sent a car to get us because I probably wouldn't have been able to get in the truck. They found a hotel for us and took us there. The next morning when they got the car fixed they came and picked us up. Most places would have taken advantage of our situation. But they gave us an amazing price and service! If I ever brake down in Ocala again I know exactly who to call. Thank you Jerry and God bless.

Jerry's Automotive is fantastic! He provided excellent service, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car, and his pricing was unbelievable. Jerry was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He makes you feel like family, ensuring you're comfortable and well-informed about your car's needs. First time having my vehicle repaired at this business and I was very satisfied with the services. My 2018 SUV remained at the shop for a week due to the repairs, which became problematic partly because of the numerous sensors. It was initially believed to have been resolved in 1 day. Even though many more hours were necessary to repair the vehicle, Jerry did not inflate the bill and fixed the issue.
The shop is not fancy like a dealership or some repair shops, but he is extremely fair, reasonable and above all honest.For now on this is the only repair shop I will take my cars.

They towed my truck for me at a reasonable price and didn’t bat an eye when I had to stay a little later at work before I could get them the keys. Just patiently waited for me to get home to get them the truck. Very thankful for the patience and the honesty.
