We bought a KIA soul from KIA of ocala. We had an excellent experience due to our salesman Andrew Scott. He went above and beyond what I expected to help us get into a perfect vehicle for us. I highly recommend this dealership due to Andrew.

Very disappointed. This dealership knew we were driving one hour to see an advertised car. We had three emails and two phone calls confirming our 18:45 appointment. We asked if they needed a deposit. The associate said "no you don't". We arrived on time, when entering we were told they just sold the car. A complete waste of time, gas and wear and tear on our vehicle. If you are looking for an honorable dealership look far from here. We are sad to know old world integrity no longer exists here. The spectacular modern showroom means nothing without trust.

Service was great as always. My attendant, Josh Mills was also exceptional. He made check in quick and simple, kept me informed as to what was being done, and delivered my vehicle back cleaned and ready to go. I will definitely recommend him to anyone. A+ Josh, thank you.

I worked with Miguel and he was very good at answering questions and he went over a ton of stuff when I took position of the car. There is still a lot to learn though. I do expect I will have to tap him for more knowledge to have more electronic stuff explained. I do need take that car in again because the tire pressure alert is on and the tires do have the correct pressure.

Was interested in a car last week and let them know before my appointment that I changed my mind. i got hounded from text messages and got a call this morning asking why I didn't want the car after I blocked one of the employee's phone numbers. The Kia place from Gainesville has never done that before. I definitely won't travel to Ocala to buy my next Kia.

Craig and Josh in service were so friendly and helpful! Not to mention how quickly they get to it! What I expected to take a day or 2 was done within 4 hours. They communicated with me the whole time. Highly recommend asking for either of those guys!

Just purchased my very first Kia and the staff at Jenkins Kia of Ocala where great. Our sales rep Josh G was amazing he helped get the best deal and stuck to our price point did not try to oversell like other dealers. He really listened to our needs and helped find the best fit for us. I've had the car for a week now and I'm still super happy with our decision. Can't say enough good things about our sales reps and staff at this dealer.

The person that helped me servicing my car was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job letting me know the progress of the repairs in the car and the time frame.Finally, he went over the results of the repairs and he stated what was done and that everything is running how it supposed to be.This is my third car with the Kia Company and always it is a pleasure to go to get my car service at their Ocala facility.Their employees are very respectful, knowledge and ready to help anyone.Thanks.

I took my 2018 Kia Forte in for 2 Recall Orders that were essential to have done. I met with Joshua Mills to do various paperwork and right from the first words, he was very respectful, polite, Knowledgeable, and helpful. He informed me that I actually had 3 Recall Orders and not to worry. They had me finished in no time and even washed the exterior and cleaned the interior out for me! Great job and I would HIGHLY Recommend!

My car was misfiring so I had it towed to Jenkins Kia of Ocala. The next morning at 9:10am, I received a call from Chris advising me that I needed a number of repairs/services done. I explained that I was financially limited due to being in treatment for breast cancer and could only do what was absolutely necessary. He said I needed to replace the plugs and coils, top engine decarb and a radiator flush for a total cost of $1275. He explained that the cost was so high because the parts were so expensive. I said ok but after a few minutes, I changed my mind and called him back at 9:19am. After trying 3 times to be connected to Chris, I finally reached him. I asked him to only do the plugs and coils but was told it was too late. When I asked how that could be, he said the plugs and coils were already done and they had started the radiator flush. He agreed to cancel the engine decarb and the total would be $1041. At 10:01am, Chris called me to say the car was done. I sent a friend to pick it up for me and when I reviewed the invoice, I saw that I was charged $517 for parts and $456 for labor. The rest was tax. I feel it is extremely excessive to charge $456 for less than an hour of labor! Needless to say, I will never take my vehicle there again and I will tell everyone that will listen my story to warn them not to make the same mistake.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire buying process with ease. The car has been performing flawlessly, and the service team ensured a smooth and efficient first maintenance visit. I am so thankful for this dealership. I came from another Kia. In a nutshell, it could have been a better experience. However, Robbie turned my day around by scheduling my vehicle at this location. Not to mention, he made it such a smooth transition. Today, I worked with him and Chris- they were excellent and friendly. There's nothing that I love more than good customer service! Plus, they had me in and out. My schedule is hectic, so that was very appreciated. Most of all, they made my kids and I comfortable. Overall, their customer service, work, and care for their customers did not go unrecognized. Thank you, Robbie, Chris, and the KIA service team!

I take my wife’s new EV six to this dealership regularly for its maintenance and service. The service advisor is excellent. His name is Josh and we have never had a problem with service or having to repeat a service.Keeps us advised of when the vehicle will be ready, and if we need any other service.

Regan Dean is absolutely a life safer. So cordial and just the human touch makes a difference when dealing with customers. I was practically stranded in this town with low charge in my Hyundai I5 and he graciously helped me get enough charge to get back to the airport. Everyone was so helpful. I’m grateful
